Great tool to use for model deployment

  • By Beibei Flynn

Limited by the budget, we had turned our eyes to R for model build. However, certain R packages didn't support predictive capability for model deployment. Aiming to get a quick turn around, instead of months of IT work, we discovered that ADAPA is an easy and efficient tool to use. Coupled with the Amazon cloud, it is scalable and cost efficient.

As ADAPA takes PMML models, it opens up the possibilities of using other open source analytics software, to build the champion model, and get it through to the life of deployment.

On a side note, big thanks to the director of business development and the technical support team. They have been very responsive, supportive and helpful, making our first experience with ADAPA very smooth.

Great ability to deploy a model cheaply and quickly. No need to wait for an internal IT team to configure an environment to support model execution - AWS and ADAPA do it all for you, at the scale you specify, within minutes.

This product allows me to take complex PMML models and then deploy them using a simple Excel worksheet which non specialists can use.
