Easy Setup and Powerful No-Code Onboarding Automation

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set=up and configure, it works really well when you want to standardise onboarding especially when users are spread around locations, it can be used as a an automation platform using pre existing connectors to automate tasks such as new employee/user creation and subsequent administration tasks. The automation can be built via visual UI drag and drop feature hence no need to involve IT or tech users. We started with a basic plan, it can then grow per number of users later on as numbers of sits or requirements grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can hit the workflow or seat limits pretty quickly, especially if you’re a heavy user and rely on it for more than just password management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credential management for many users in different geo-locations, solving 2FA code generation, and onboarding automation

Reliable and Secure Access Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Okta as the entry point to access all of our systems and for multifactor authentication. It helps solve security issues and alleviates the hassle of managing many different passwords, allowing us to use just one. The app allows us to log in on either a phone or computer, which is very convenient. Everything seems to work just fine, from the initial setup with Okta's assistance to several years later. We don't have very many issues at all, and when we do, support is pretty quick. It's almost set it and forget it. I appreciate having it integrated with all our platforms, which means when we add a user, they automatically get pushed to all platforms, making things streamlined. The Okta implementation team helped us make decisions and get everything set up in about a week, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta to solve security issues and manage many different passwords with ease, allowing me to use one login for all systems through their app.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow feature and the ease of the user administration within okta to add groups to users and create users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting why a specific user can’t log in can be frustrating. System logs are often criticized for being difficult to parse or lacking descriptive naming conventions, requiring admins to "dig" for the root cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is solving the problem of user management and keeping logins in one central place with SSO

What do you like best about the product?
Okta provides centralized identity and access management, making it easy to securely handle user authentication across multiple applications from a single platform.

The Single Sign-On (SSO) experience feels seamless, letting users access all their apps with one login, which improves both security and convenience. I also appreciate the strong multi-factor authentication (MFA) options, which add an extra layer of protection without making things overly complicated for end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges with Okta is that the initial setup and configuration can be quite complex, particularly when you’re working with advanced policies, integrations, or custom workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps us centralize identity and access management across multiple applications, which reduces the need for separate logins. It also improves security through SSO and MFA, helping minimize the risk of unauthorized access. On top of that, it streamlines user onboarding and offboarding, saving the IT team time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta's security and client platform. It's easy to access, which is particularly useful as we have a 2 million and growing member base. We need a seamless login experience, especially for our members who are older and less tech literate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outages. They are difficult to manage and we struggle to get on-time support for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for safe member login, ensuring a seamless experience for our large, less tech-literate user base. I like the security and easy access the client platform offers.

Effortless Security and Easy Access with Okta

What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta to keep all of my work apps in one place, and I like Okta's sign-on feature for those apps. It lets me enter my password once, do the two-factor authentication, and get access to all my apps without re-entering my details every time. I appreciate the ability to sign in to several apps at once and the second level of security it provides. I find Okta very easy to use and user-friendly, and I haven't really had any bugs or problems from a tech point of view. I value the single sign-on and the main page where all the apps are located. The initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta to keep all of my work apps in one place. It allows me to sign in to several apps at once without reentering my password and provides a second level of security.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to manage user authentication and user management. Okta has been worth the investment in being able to manage user identification.

In addition, Okta enables our organization to manage client SSO integrations from across multiple organizations and SSO providers. Okta has a reliable service uptime and fast performance.

Okta customer support has always been very helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Okta are the comparably higher per-user licensing cost, which has limited the number of agents able to work with Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is addressing our SaaS user identification and management needs.
