Monday is the best platform I have found for my business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do everything I need to do in one platform. There are so many options for sheets, docs, and all my business needs pretty much when it comes to administrative logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to pay for some apps, but the fact that users can create in the platform and offer that for customized needs make it still worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to use 3 different software and platforms, and since finding Monday.com it has been 10x easier to do my work.
Automation Makes Project Management a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management as a project management tool for my team's creative content development. What I like most are the automations, which I consider my favorite feature. Once they're set up, it’s a 'set it and forget' situation for many tasks, such as sending alerts and emails when there's a task for someone to complete, automating a process that would otherwise have to be done manually. Additionally, the initial setup was easy enough, and the templates were useful in getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday Work Management has a lot of features and is a powerful tool, but if you don't take the time to learn the platform, it can be hard to figure out. Everything within the platform could be more intuitive or easier to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for organizing our team's creative content development. The automations save time by handling repetitive tasks, like sending alerts, which we'd usually do manually. It's a very helpful tool once you learn it.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual versatility is standout feature of monday Work Management. It behaves more like a blank canvas that you can mold into a custom "operating system". I really like the Automation recipes of monday Work Management is a massive time saver. Performance of monday is extremely powerful when it extensive Workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is somewhat high for more advanced reporting feature and time-tracking features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to manage the lifecycle of visual assets. By using the "Files" column alongside status update, the hand-off between departments is seamless and transparent.
Easy Logging for Upcoming Work and Tender Returns
What do you like best about the product?
I can log all my upcoming work and detail past tender returns

Sometimes the website is down, the importing of the pipeline to Excel can be messy sometimes too

I use monday Work Management for tracking my projects, and it really helps keep everything organized in one place for me and my team. I love the user experience, especially how easy it is to see everything at a glance. This makes it easy for me to track all the projects we have and see what's on track and what's not. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

Cuts Manual Work and Makes Multi-Board Reporting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It cuts down on manual work since my department has an overwhelming amount of information that we need to log on a daily basis. I love that I can produce reports using multiple boards at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitching and the errors. We run into issues with the multiple users, I think. The system glitches and will remove things when they are typed, or it will not allow for the automations to run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our tracking systems. We have multiple teams and individuals that we need to monitor and we are able to keep a log year over year. Previously there was no data that could be pulled, and now we have a solid way to track even the smallest piece of the puzzle.
Intuitive Visualizations, Needs AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love the data visualization and how easy it is to use. It's easy to add data and create nice visuals that help us make decisions about what clients to focus our attention on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tools are not yet very helpful for me. The AI filters don't work well and the AI summary of columns weren't helpful for how I was using monday Work Management.

I use monday Work Management for keeping track of clients and internal projects. I love the easy data visualization which helps in decision-making about client focus.
Organized and Feature-Rich for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management because it helps us keep organized, especially when managing customer information like phone numbers and addresses. It's great that we can use it to update customers and keep track of orders. I appreciate the many features, tabs, and ways you can organize everything. Plus, the initial setup was easy.

Adaptable and Comprehensive, But Can Be Costly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to map out all tasks in one place and easily navigate the whole business. It's visually aesthetic and adaptable to any business, which means we all know where to go to find tasks and processes. Plus, we can automate when and where things need doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per seat is big when you grow from a small to medium-sized business. Some of the integrations are expensive and it can become quite a costly investment.

monday Work Management helps me plan projects, delegate tasks, and manage multiple operations seamlessly across my businesses.
