What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it shows who is typing and the way we can all write at the same time.
I have programmly integrate that on our site to make notes for the clients using the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The history sometimes hang.
Rest is all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have name it internal as a spad. Kind of internal notes for the clients to use it.

I tried this AMI without success. The log files talk about problems with database (mySQL). Perhaps it's easy to fix, but not for me.
