What do you like best about the product?
Ability to save templates that can be updated later without having to re-create them from scratch Filters and custom features make the widgets meaningful and have several widgets in the dashboard view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team can increase efficiency and be ready to share documents after the problem is solved. The initial configuration takes more time and places a large burden on the data server. It does not have a unified interface and has two separate interfaces for many functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MS analysis to create internal operational efficiencies and improve business process outcomes by using the best available data points and indicators to make better decisions. The main reason is that the team wants to use data from the last 12 months or 52 weeks to create dashboards and make meaningful representations of large amounts of data. The team likes the options provided by the filters for using important data. We can save templates with various parameters, filters and rules, which can be easily updated by clicking update. The visualization is also good, because they have different color themes to separate different parameters. We can also save widgets and export them as Excel sheets, PDFs to extract data in shared files. We intend to use it throughout the department.

After initial problems with load, performance and functionality were good, MS Analytics is very useful in visualizing big data. MS Analytics is also useful for driving innovation by quickly understanding large data sets. The customer service team has room for improvement: they can prepare better documentation of the SDK so that errors can be resolved in less time. We need to understand the update in advance, and some feature updates sometimes make things a little confusing, such as an interruption of the feature update on the bar chart timeline.
