Great 'one-click-install' for the Jedox Suite
The Jedox Suite differentiates itself a few different ways -- ease of use being one of the most attractive differentiators for the average user.
This 'one-click-install' feature within the AWS environment further addresses the products ease of use, as it relates to installation.
Being able to combine the value of AWS on-demand instances alongside the Jedox Suite is proving to be a powerful combination.
Excited to see this development between Jedox and AWS.

Ideal from demo to production
As a Jedox partner, we have helped several companies install and operate their solutions for reporting, forecast or budgeting. Thanks to the new option "Jedox for Amazon Web Services", managers can be up and running in no time (as opposed to weeks for sourcing a dedicated server).
Our experience shows that the scalability and performance of the AWS is the largest benefit: start very small for proof-of-concepts or demos, then move up for development, expand to large when all hands are on deck during training and project launch, finally scale back when needed.
The best planning and reporting solution has become even more "easy to start"
We have been using Jedox for dozens of projects.
Servers were always overhead especially when we asked by our customer to provide hardware or whenever we wanted to conduct a POC (proof of concept), short training and so on.
Having a Jedox embedded at AWS saves configuration time and allows better services and offering to our customers
Excellent Start for Jedox Performance Management Software
The one touch setup for Jedox is awesome. No more Jedox installs – just click the button and it is all set up. The fact that it is configured to run on Amazon Linux reduces the running costs of the instance while still delivering great performance is the real killer part of the app.
It is enabling us to scale out Proof of Concepts quickly and effectively across multiple regions and then shut it down just as easily post- POC. Being able to demonstrate multi-region POC’s has always been problematic. But this problem is solved now because we can ramp up as many ‘local’ instances as we want and use the Jedox ETL to populate the data.
A welcome addition would be full licence and server costing bundled onto AWS as most clients see their model as a complete appliance
