Very Very Bad Support, Don't Buy
Buy this, you will get none support from Wowza, I send e-mail to support but always said can't find my e-mail account with any relation with Wowza license and reject my support service request. Wast my time and money, Don't buy this, if you consider to get supp from Wowza! This AMI product no support service!

sits there and does nothing.
Even without instances running this will sit there and run up your bill. $100 had ticked by never telling me it was out there. Beware.
Tried the Trial Licence and worked like Charm!
Had no Problems setting up a simple Livestream-Engine und publishing it via Cloudfront.
Best Software for setting up a Livestream in Minutes i worked with ever.

What's missing for 5 stars
I'm using this AMI and it's perfect. Work as should.
This AMI should be a HVM type(not paravirtualization) to perform 10Gbps on VPC with enhanced network on c3.8xlarge. 1 star less
Support is slow. I'm trying to reach them on support@wowza.com and still don't have an answer about origin/edge with adaptive bitrate(SMIL) configurations for 2 days. One more star less
What I wanted to know before I purchased the product?
How to deactivate or terminate if I just wanted to Try on AWS?
I would like to get answers in one or two lines for the following:
1. list of devices that can access the stream
2. list of client OSes
3. list of server OSes
4. Quick start guide for VOD
5. Quick start guide for live streaming
6. Devices required for live streaming
6. Software required for live streaming
In short, a quick start guide for each of its intended applications.

This worked really well for us
I've used the Wowza products for years. So my level of product knowledge might be higher than a new user. We would normally buy license keys and load it on our own servers but I decided to try the online version instead. This ended up saving us a lot of time not having to order licenses and servers. It also allows us to scale up quickly. I give it a thumbs up.

I am sure that this program will be great to use if the people at Weiss will streamline access more efficiently. After paying for and spin up an instance with using the 1-Click feature in the marketplace, I couldn't access to the streaming enginemanager http://[wowza-ip-address]:8088/enginemanager ( of course I replaced the wowza ip address). I read and performed every step and was not able to get into that page.
