Database of choice for RPA

  • July 20, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best?
How easy it is to manage your database with the Microsoft Database suite of applications.
What do you dislike?
My own personal preference is towards MySQL due to having being taught that in university, therefore I make syntax errors fairly frequently.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Microsoft SQL for our UiPath database, as well as storing recruitment data and other tables that are required at Randstad and in the RPA space.

Enterprise database solution

  • June 25, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best?
The performance of this database exceeds all others I've used. The integration into Visual Studio is very smooth, allowing for a great development experience, saving development time, and providing an optimal solution. If performance issues are ever experienced you can rule out the platform and focus on the table structure, or the queries written against it. The tools that are included with MS SQL further support this.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything to dislike once compared to other options. The pricing is higher than other solutions but once you see the difference this no longer becomes an issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're creating secure, how performing web applications. The benefits are knowing we're using an enterprise level backend and not worrying about it becoming a bottleneck. For smaller solutions the ease/speed of development allows us to reduce our pricing allowing us to be competitive. For larger solutions there is no restrictions on the quality of product we produce. We can take an idea and create the best solution possible. This creates great customer satisfaction and allow us to be a leader in solutions, often leading to future work with a client and great recommendations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working in the Microsoft world, this is the solution you should be using.

Microsoft SQL is the Most Dynamic DBMS

  • June 19, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best?
Modern intelligent apps may be developed and delivered quickly.
It is possible to do so using popular programming languages such as.Net, Java, Python, Node.js, and others.
Creating queries to retrieve particular and filtered data is quite straightforward.
Unique SQL Server views and stored procedures may be used to automate management tracking and improve client interaction.
What do you dislike?
With so many phases, the import/export procedure might be difficult to follow.
It needs a lot of upkeep.
The user interface must develop.
Data visualization must be present.
It is necessary to instill compatibility with emerging technology.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Consider Microsoft SQL Server if you want to expedite application development on the cloud. The provided and serverless computing choices make it simple to create contemporary apps. If your consumption is irregular and unexpected, this is the ideal option for you. It is the industry's most frequently used Database Server. MS SQL queries are fairly simple to understand."
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking out for a trustworthy and excellent DBMS, you must really consider Microsoft SQL.

Using it as the backend for .net and java applications. Automating SQL jobs .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in the .net platform use it, otherwise the performance would be better with the bigger competition.

Easy amongst the Databases

  • April 27, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best?
The queries in MS SQL are easy to understand. There is no complexity in writing or understanding the queries. Easy and simple query structures and commands makes you understand the purpose of the statement easily. Installation is easy
What do you dislike?
Licensing is a complex part. One need to be careful. UI takes time to understand. Cost for the enterprise editions is not affordable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used MS SQL server for querying data from the complex databases. It is a simple query language than any other. Beginners who want to learn databases can go for this as it helps to gain better knowledge about databases.
