Product simply doesn't work

Iried SSH'ing as root, got an error to use ubuntu@ instead.

Once I was logged into the shell, ran ffmpeg -h and got "The program 'ffmpeg' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing: sudo apt-get install libav-tools."

Tried the web interface (videoconverter.js), got an error "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
