Easy Setup, Easy Use, Reliable Backup Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Setup is easy. The Automatic restores helps you not to worry about losing any data. The alerts feature which helps you understand if any issues happened in the backup time, how many records that were moved/updated in the backup process. This tool also has ability to configure the records that we need to fetch from Salesforce ORG(more about writing our own SOQL queries and define conditions in the process).
What do you dislike about the product?
The data process takes a little etc time when we move start the automatic backup process. This is the only thing that need to be handled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are big organization who maintain so much sales information and we were looking for taking a backup of all data without doing anything manually(We used salesforce default data export option which generally takes 4 to 5 hours for the backup export). DBSync helps us to automate this process and it gives more flexibility on which type of data that we need to take backup through their replication Tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is easy to use. It has flexibility to write our own SOQL queries to take the data back up as per our business process. Their support team is best who will always ready to help us on understanding the tool and giving us more information about how to use the tool as per our business model

The UI can be improved on. It seems a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for tool to migrate our data from Legacy system to Salesforce system for our clients to a new instance in salesforce.DBSync fit our requirement perfectly. It is one of the simplest, economical and most user-friendly product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DBSync platform is really an excellent choice for your data migration requirement.

Great time-saving product

What do you like best about the product?
The cost is reasonable, it's simple to use, and the customer support is responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into any issues, so I can't say that there's much to dislike about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to manually enter financial data from Salesforce into QuickBooks. This is saving our finance department many hours of time each week! It's also removing the possibility of human error when re-entering the data into QB.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've had a great experience with DBSync, so I would highly recommend them.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of customizations that are possible is amazing. Support and development staff is amazing and although it took a little while longer to implement it , but they helped us through the entire process.

There are different versions of paid options available and there is free version too. it is not very clear which version suits a specific needs
