Service is great!`
What do you like best about the product?
We do not use the actual product on our team just yet, but we have had to call for service on the product and the service is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
A little slow b/c our servers are in another WAN location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our engineering teams to use it to monitor and display data in dashboard form for easier use.

its pretty good, but more cloud orientation is needed

I wish there were more modernization and cloud related similar to the latest tableau or any other latest cloud products....

I love that you don't have to be a developer to build meaningful reports and dashboards

I dislike the licensing model. At a previous company we were always running into constraints of who could create reports vs who could consume reports.

Competing toolsets at work/client site. Sometimes it's hard to know which tool to use (Spotfire, Power BI, etc).
