SAP ECC Unusable. Charged for the first month of the trial
I had an experience similar to the other reviewer (who gave a 1 star) here. I took a trial version of the SAP ECC IDES. There was no way to get into the SAP IDES system as the SAP Logon wasn't provided anywhere. I wasn't even able to up the SAP Instance as it required DB credentials to get to that point. So I haven't used the system AT ALL.
In addition to that, I was charged even for the first month of the trial. The only reason I opted to try this was it was listed as one of the AWS partners. Now I feel I should think twice before choosing even its an AWS partner.
Am waiting to hear back from AWS and the vendor. Will keep everyone posted once I get a response from them.

Totally Useless and a waste of a few bucks
They do not provide info to access the SAP instance from GUI, and the public IP is unreachable except through port 22.
They do not respond to inquiries or provide any sort of support. I would never use any of their services again, nor do I advise anyone to use them.
