nothing currently - I like everything. All good.

What do you like best about the product?
Helped synchronize data for efficiency paired with our migration from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online. This implementation has saved many person-hours of data entry that had to be done manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
With automation, sometimes we lose a little bit of visibility to finding our own errors or a data field issue. However, these are readily addressed by DBSync via a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Even for someone like me who does not understand what they are doing, customer support makes things easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing with so many services offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the integration I need between two applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Dysync called me within minutes of my issue being submitted. They continued to work with me until the issue was resolved. I am extremely happy with Saranya's persistance she provided in getting my issue resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any suggestions. I was able to find the phone quickly. I guess one thing would be to be able to find my agent's phone number to dirctly get to her. However, after I left a message, I received a call back quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing records from Salesforce to Quickbooks.

What do you like best about the product?
Shabeer was fast and quick to respond so I was able to get my Quickbooks reconnected.

I don't dislike anything. Everything was great

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and concise guidance for setup, integration, implementation and daily use. Fantastic customer support that will often solve issues before you have time to report them. Our workflows run multiple times every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that multi-factor authentication was available for the DBSYNC login

Bidirectional sync between Salesforce and Quickbooks desktop

The support is very helpful and organize and is able to efficiently resolve all of our technical issues in a timely manor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues with the DBSync Cloud Workflow, other than the usual technical issues which are always easily resolved in a timely manor.
