What do you like best about the product?
DBSync is easy of use.
Good support.
Flexible mappings for system integrations.
The logs in the system are user friendly.
It has almost all connectors to Integrate with separate applications.
The drag and drop workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
WIKI should be updated as per new changes in the system.
Documentation needs more examples which helps users for better understanding about mappings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesforce for Business opportunities and Quickbooks for Accounting information. We were looking for an integration which moves the data that we created in Salesforce into QuickBooks and from Quickbooks to Salesforce. DBSync came into the picture for integration and they made our lives easy by integrating Salesforce with Quickbooks

DBSync supports integration with multiple applications. Their support is best.
