What do you like best about the product?
easy integration, you can configure multiple things with it
What do you dislike about the product?
i havent found anything i display about it. Everything has been working great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving sending data from litify to quickbooks so we dont have to manually enter in both places

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to eliminate human error during data entry and make the work flow easy and smooth. The techinician are at good knowledge and communicate in a good time maner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike at this moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manually copy data from Quickbooks to Salesforce and DBSYNC replaced this labor work and also reduced the human error

What do you like best about the product?
Since using DBSync we have had great customer support from the team. Syed Danish has continued to help during new implementaion periods and the integration period was very short and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connector is very usefull for our application and we have not found anything we need, that it cannot accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up a new Quickbooks database connetion

What do you like best about the product?
The integration automation it provides between my QuickBooks and Salesforce is saving us time and are up to date. David and Ullas have been helpful through out the process answering all our queries on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now yet but in case if any thing comes up I shall add it here in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DBSync avoided double data entry by us on both Salesforce and QuickBooks and it has automated the integration flawlessly. Amazing customer support and we get responses on time from their team.

What do you like best about the product?
DBSync Cloud Workflow makes doing my work as an IT person easier. With DBSync, I am able to connect two different platforms/applications to sync data. It is user friendly, intituitive and overall a great applicaiton.

A special thanks to Vishnu P. for providing support quickly with a desired solution when requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I had trouble understanding how DBSync Cloud Workflow worked and was having difficulty getting information about how to solve a problem with DBSync when I reached to a DBSync support team.

However when I was assigned support members like Shabir and Vishnu, they quickly identified what the problem was and provided me accurate solution.

Something that would be nice to see is the more fields or objects that can be editable or insertable. For example, our company maintains inventory for Shopify store but when it syncs to Quickbooks from Salesforce (i.e., Shopify -> Salesforce - Quickbooks Desktop), we have to adjust inventory on seperately on Shopify and Quickbooks. It would have been great if inventory object sync from Shopify to Salesforce to Quickbooks can be achieved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DBSync helps us transfer data from Salesforce to/from Quickbooks or from Shopify to Quickbooks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of connecting Qb to Salesforce providing access to sales for sales manager.
Support was very helpful and wait until everything was verified and working properly no matter how long it took.
What do you dislike about the product?
May have to wait a day for help but find that it is understandable and doable for us.

The connection of QB desktop to Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Helped synchronize data for efficiency paired with our migration from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online. This implementation has saved many person-hours of data entry that had to be done manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
With automation, sometimes we lose a little bit of visibility to finding our own errors or a data field issue. However, these are readily addressed by DBSync via a ticket.

Implementation and efficiency.
