We're sorry to hear you encountered issues! The most common cause for the symptom you describe is the fail2ban Intrusion Detection system built into FreePBX, which will ban an IP for 30 minutes (by default) after that IP fails authentication across ANY service more than a few times (8 by default) in a short period of time (10min by default). Therefore, a misconfigured phone/endpoint or even repeatedly entering the wrong credentials in the Admin or UCP GUIs can result in a ban of your IP across ALL services. We strongly advise that you "whitelist" any of your known static public IP address in Admin > System Admin > Intrusion Detection tab to prevent inadvertent bans caused by user or admin error. It's easy to confirm if fail2ban is the cause, as you should be able to access the GUI from an alternate internet connection - a smartphone browser on cellular internet, for example - even when your LAN's internet IP has been banned. More information on this can be found in our First Launch and Setup Guide, which is located here: https://twm.tips/firstlaunch In any case where you are encountering issues with your AWS FreePBX instance(s), you are also encouraged to contact our Support Team, which is available 24/7/365 via our website.
