The DevOps tools, the managed Services for CD and software development is unmatched.
What do you like best about the product?
When I talk about the CloudBees, I got few points that can do the justices
The scalable CI/CD is one of the best feature and ease of use, the learning curve is one of the best. While talking about managed services like Jenkins its very good.
The community support is also good.
Features includes scalable CI/CD, managed Jenkins, security and compliances, community support,analytics and reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?
While there are not as such deslikes but the two things I'm most concern about is Cost and Customization, while cost can be the concern for many companies and customization limitations may bother developers.
apart from these I dont think it has any problem, but both can be eliminated by proper training and with right planning.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we were not doing automation we were heavily relied on manual software delivery that was quite inefficient and the CloudBees Automation and Scalability was the solution. Our applications was having software delivery process time consuming and building, testing and deploying took so long but when we shifted to automate our software delivery that becomes faster and with non significant errors.
The scalability is one of the key feature i like the most, while quality assurance is another thing I appreciate.

Best suit of DevOps Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful & reliable tool for software buil. It provides a great solution to manage software deployment . It offers very good UI and very easy to configure feature. One of the best thing in instant reliable support from CloudBees support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardly on some occasions, ithere will be software failure which will be instantly supported & fixe by CloudBees support team. Havent had any so called bad experinece using the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In CloudBees configuration as code (CAC) is managing configuration resources source repository is great features. it treat application config resources as versioned artifacts. by managing application environment in tandem with application code, we can gain the smaximum benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Best tool to automate your software development and delivery cycle. Service and the support provided by Cloudbees is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no dislikes as such but the price wise it makes the company think a bit before pooling in. Once in Cloudbees maintenance a good relationship with the company provides their best service.

Better backups and efficient scaling.

What do you like best about the product?
Bringing lots of people and tools together, let them chat with each other and get the delivery of the product as fast as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's too complex the built the flow of the company, setting up people is the other huge pain and lastly grouping the last in the stages is another issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simultaneously feature release on single app.
First we had two engineers but after fund raise we have 40 engineers(5 pods) releasing new feature every two weeks

CloudBees Platform enables companies to transition from incoherent, disconnected DevOps to self-service, fast, secure workflows connecting software delivery to business outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being provided as SaaS. Needs to be hosted in Cloud owned by us. Maintenance (since not SaaS), regular upgrades needed.

Manage, release, and measure features at scale on app servers, Visibility and reporting for better project predictability..

Cloudbees is just great and the services provided by them is wonderful and also the support they provide is also great. Frequently used for integration things!!

Nothing as of now which I have come across which made me feel its a consequence of the tool!!! Pretty happy and satisfied with the service provided by cloudbees.

I use cloudbees on daily basis for my continuous integration and continuous delivery activities. Cloudbees provides service for jenkins and makes my job hassale free.

Well, sometimes the learning curve feels a tad steep. Getting the hang of all the features can be a bit like navigating a maze. But hey, no biggie – once you crack the code, it's all systems go!

No more chasing down issues or dealing with manual tasks. With CloudBees, it's like having a genie that takes care of the tech stuff, so I can focus on creating awesome software and keeping customers happy.
Excellent software delivery and automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I must say cloudbees provides a very good solution to manage software deployment over some popular tool such as Azure pipelines, it has very good user interface and relatively easy to configure. Also the support team is pretty responsive and solve your queries asap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although everything is great so far, I miss the progress indicator or estimated time required to build, test and deploy software. I encounter few minor bugs such as while restarting the pipeline somtime system just freezes which makes the experience a little cumbersome.

We were able to solve so many issues with workflows and configuration management in delivery cycle which inturns increases our productivity. We are able to deliver more softwares on time and it is only possible due to this amazing tool.
