Extensibility via plugin ecosystem and current cloud strategy

What do you like best about the product?
On top of everything else, this was our worst time of year to join the ship. A few Cloudbees went out of their way to get our sophisticated environment up and operating during the annual business meeting in Spain. Thanks to them, everyone is OK, and things are rolling along well.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here, Our tickets have been answered despite their heavy workload. Attempting to perform the task yourself is difficult because it's so time-consuming. It's a cinch to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the subject matter that I selected as the top pick. Our team benefits significantly from the use of the multi-master since it saves them time and headaches. This allows for a variety of plugins, versions, and configurations to be created. We also have mac agents that are shared by all the managed masters linked to Cloudbees core.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continuos testing and deployment of new applications. Flexibility in administering CI/CD solutions at scale; simplicity of administration, and improved cooperation are just some of the benefits of the plugin ecosystem's breadth and depth.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees CD runners are powerful yet easy to manage

The CloudBees CD Auto DevOps delivered the right technology for true CD.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the team was being being trained the process of transitioning to CloudBees CD was not a one time thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our legacy build environments migrated to CloudBees CD. Moving to CloudBees CD also allowed to meet the code review preferences of our entire development team with ease
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your sights are firmly set on the future, migrate from outdated backend architecture to CloudBees CD which is more of a cloud-centric framework

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and effortless tway to manange Kubernetes clusters, simple and easy to User Interface (UI)
Deep & clear visibility into management of resources

What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues as of now. It is indeed a great tool for beginners and with time , I guess it will be matured to tackle new challenges but updates are slow as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On implementing CloudBees CI, we were able to resolve multiple issues with workflow and configuration management in producation environment. Thus, company's maintenance cost and time has been saved.On the other hand, we had automated most of the repetitive/daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The document is very thourough and helpful, the contributions for the open-source community make it not only a business decision but also a conscious decision to help the CI/CD community as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the update system is not the best, which makes it a little annoying for seeing open-source products getting updated plug-ins before the enterprise product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the platform we use to test and deploy our whole suite of products. It makes for a seamless experience from the moment you push the code to the moment you deploy to the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to reach out to support, they are friendly and understand there's a lot of documentation and sometimes you just need a nudge in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
In CloudBees CI - as opposed to open source Jenkins - some management operations are simplified, specifically around plugins, for instance. At least to the extent that I used it, these features were good but did not significantly improved my life with Jenkins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloudbees aims to solve a set of problems, and for many of those, since we were using Jenkins open source, we already have ways to work around; some of them are even native to Jenkins, such as the init.groovy.d, or JCasC. Sure, there is an improvement, but I do not think it's worth the price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems were, like I mentioned, around management.
Specifically, more control over plugins is quite good. However, I personally already had a well-performing way of performing these upgrades by using tools that our build infrastructure team provided, so I did not notice a huge hit. Smaller teams that might not have the luxury of employing a Jenkins-dedicated engineer might benefit more from these features.

What do you like best about the product?
We deployed Cloudbees CI Client Controller 2.289.3.2-rolling in less than 20 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention really. The upgrade went smooth and fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBees CI is a key component of our IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and Infrastructure Automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline template catalog is one of the feature i like the most of all the cloudbees CI Offerings. we have integrated with servicenow , jfrog artifactory, docker and rancher solutions as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few minor bugs are noticed here and there; apart from that, everything seems to be pleasing and well organized. The pipeline template catalog is minimal with four-parameter types, but this needs to be increased and provide flexibility like active-choice parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving all the CI /CD problems with the help of CloudBees CI . the benefits are mostly the way of using the systems like the ease of access and the way developers are adopting it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you fall into implementing the CI/CD Model for your organization, Cloudbees CI will be the goto tool to achieve your needs; its very too easy to set this up and start using it

What do you like best about the product?
Operation center which we can control N number of jenkins and maintenance of all the masters is superb. we integratedjfrog, sonarqube, ansible, terraform, git. compititor is github actions I think.
What do you dislike about the product?
Provide stabdard cloudformation templates to deploy agents. Provide better monitoring solution. Provide some standard templates for java, npm etc like common pipelines for all customers,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving centeralized jenkins for enterprise tools. Benefits release faster.I think the product price is bit high compared to other compititors. Performance incresed

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like the most is that the screens of the participants are immediately shrunk on the shared screen.
CloudBees CI is a simple and easy way to have the application deployed on-premises or hosted by a cloud service provider without requiring many configuration changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has worked as expected; I think the interface should be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBees CI is used for our daily deployments. In addition, CloudBees CI helps increase developer productivity. We use it for test automation and mobile device testing.
It also helps us cover all our automation needs.
