Great Response Time
What do you like best about the product?
The Cloudbees support has a great response time about within 3 days
What do you dislike about the product?
The system to submit support request feels like a legacy tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudbees support also gives optimization to the Jenkins master
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve the UI and navigation. Dont ask us to submit support bundle all the times.

Interesting solution on Kubernetes platform
What do you like best about the product?
We like Kubernetes approach with easy scale of the nodes on a cloud.
It is good to have central place for managing masters (having master of masters).

We are currently testing the solution, so at this moment I don't have a full list of the downsides/benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently testing the solution, so at this moment I don't have a full list of the downsides/benefits. The main problem which we want to solve is to have centralized solution for managing masters for different teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple teams with many masters, this can be solution for you. It can save you time on managing masters and having centralized solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using CloudBees Jenkins for over 5 years with the support and access to cloudbees university. I find the support plugin very helpful as we can create a support ticket within Jenkins and wrap our scripts for faster resolution. The SLA is within 2-hours but typically we see a response within minutes to help us with any critical down time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the ability to escalate the issue if needed without including a sales rep to try and sell more cloudbees products

Recommended plugins, updating plugins, troubleshooting automation and groovy script help

The support I and my clients receive from CloudBees for our Open Source Jenkins deployments is excellent. To have a community of folks that really know the product and can be reached out to instead of crawling through message boards is in valuable

nothing - we enjoy using and selling CloudBees

The ability to not only use Open Source Software - but get real Enterprise level support has been a game changer for our clients

Jenkins as a tool has saved so many hours in a developers life!
They can run their PR's and continue working and this makes their life so much easier.

Hmm sometimes buggy.....but I just restart it and it works most of the time! ;)

I like the Jenkins pipeline declarative language. It quite groundbreaking.

The Jenkins pipeline language still needs more adoption. Some plugins are important but don't have a true pipelines equivalent.
