What do you like best about the product?
I have had nothing but excellent service from CloudBees. Our software development processes have been completely transformed by its powerful DevOps platform. Our team's effectiveness and productivity have greatly increased as a result of the seamless integration of CI/CD tools and collaboration features. We have saved a lot of time and effort by being able to automate deployments and track the entire software delivery pipeline. We have been able to easily adjust to changing project requirements because to CloudBees' scalability and flexibility. The thorough documentation and first-rate customer service from the CloudBees team have been crucial in quickly resolving any questions or problems. Overall, CloudBees has helped our company develop high-quality software faster than ever before, making it an important tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experienced technical issues that slowed down and interfered with our development process. Furthermore, there was a significant learning curve needed to effectively utilize sophisticated capabilities. in my view, I would suggest it to improved by increased usability and stability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBees enables developers to focus on what they do best: Build stuff that matters, while providing peace of mind to management with powerful risk mitigation, compliance and governance tools.

Easy to use and all options are straightforward.

Add lot more feature and cost analysis for each instance level and suggest to upgrade/downgrade based on the usage

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a comprehensive solution that covers the entire software delivery lifecycle. The code development to deployment is automated and streamlined using CloudBees. Also, very scalable which makes it a better option for any organization of any size. You can track your progress and stay in collaboration with your team.

It has robust security which makes it almost impossible for any breaches during and after your software is delivered, In case anything goes wrong, sure you can get in touch with their awesome customer and technical support department and it will get resolved quickly and thoughtfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using CloudBees could include its complex configuration, high pricing for larger deployments, and potential difficulties in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Especially if you are trying to figure it out alone without taking the help of the technical support department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudBees solves DevOps challenges and helps me streamline software delivery, improve collaboration, and enhance automation. It enables faster, more efficient development and deployment processes, benefiting my business operations.

Cloud Bees helps to manage tools like pipelines and logging tools on a single platform.

Nathing much, but I can improve on the security part

What do you like best about the product?
I was immediately impressed by CloudBees user friendly interface. It boasts a sleek and intuitive design that makes it a breeze for both developers and DevOps teams to navigate and leverage its functionalities.
The platform provides a centralized hub where users can effectively manage their software development projects track progress and collaborate seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While CloudBees provides comprehensive documentation and tutorials I found that some of the technical documentation could benefit from additional clarity and organization.
Improved documentation would greatly assist users in navigating the platform and leveraging its features effectively especially for those who may be new to the software delivery automation space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has benifited me in continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) CloudBees helps automate the build, test, and deployment processes, enabling organizations to achieve faster and mreleasesore reliable software releases. It integrates seamlessly with version control systems like Git, promoting efficient code management and collaboration among development teams.

What do you like best about the product?
1. One of the fastest tool which tracks real time feedback from end customers.
2. It really helps to get useful insights.
3. Improve governance and overall compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike,.but I haven't experienced its not an easy tool to learn and requires proper training and hand's on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working with a tech Team on feature management to streamline our daily process including testing, progress monitoring, flagging and delivery of quality features to our clients.

its ability to provide a comprehensive overview of our entire DevOps pipeline, from code management to continuous integration and deployment, allows us to easily manage and monitor every aspect of our workflow, reducing the likelihood of errors and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time. It integrates well with our regular software. The software provides robust access controls and encryption, ensuring our code and data are always secure.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best Automation tool for enterprises and startups for carrying out multiple activities like SDLC,Testing projects and other projects automation work without compromising the security standards and protocols.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this since a little while back and did not find anything that can be put forward or can be disliked.however my expectations are a little bit higher from the development community of Cloud Bees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each and every day it help me a lot to build automation tasks related to my projects as well as personal works.many of them included like software testing,email automation etc.It helped me to minimise unnecessary revenues and expenditures for project works and generated profit.
