What do you like best about the product?
We usually deal with large volumes of data for our analytical databases and warehouse for that the SAP IQ compresses the data very efficiently plus it is easy to use

Pricing can be a little more customer friendly for small scale businesses

SAP IQ is one of the industry's best big data analytics companies. With expertise in data analytics consulting, machine learning, and quantitative algorithms, data mining, it offers predictive analytics services to many industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The effects of poor code quality are known, and there are principles and practices for improving it. If we ignore all of this, development is slower, riskier, and more stressful. There are multiple ways that it costs tons of money. And there's a human cost: Developers who work on that code are much less happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IQ compresses in bitmaps, and HANA compresses with dictionary encoding which means that HANA only needs to decompress exactly the data it needs, and it does so inside the CPU cache.
