Can't get support

My free trial was great and Tableau Server itself is a great product. However, just after the free trial ended, I had a problem where Tableau Server was asking me to re-enter my licence key. I never knew my licence key, because the server was just up-and-running as soon as I launched the instance at the beginning of my free trial. Now I have been getting the runaround from various divisions of Tableau Support because no-one seems to be able to find out my licence key. Meanwhile my Tableau Server is all configured with my Workbooks but it doesn't accept connections from users.
