Silent, non-intrusive ant-virus software
What do you like best about the product?
Symantec Endpoint Protection is one of the best-in-class anti-virus software. It works silently in the background and has a non-intrusive way of notifying users of any suspicious activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major dislikes, however, the onboarding process is a bit cumbersome for amateurs as it asks many questions about the modules and services you want to install such as IPS and IDS, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It detects fraudulent apps and websites before you handover them any data, some of these websites silently monitor your activities also, which can be detected easily by Symantec

Contacted symantec for support I spent about 30 min with them then they finaly told me to contact Broadcom I spent about 30 min with them as well but they never help.

Continous pop ups, advertising approach and some of the designs from application

Decent Security Protection Product
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy yo use, very user friendly. The interface that it has is pretty good and reads out well. Whatever you need is outlined well and if you do have questions or concerns about the product the technical support is knowledgeable and able to help in certain circumstances. The mobile application of the product is different from others I've seen and stands out very nicely. It has a more modern feel to it and requires very little training to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the customer service can be difficult to deal with if if you need them, they are not always there or you have long lines/queues to wait in. There are some kinks and bugs that still need to be worked on. I disliked that I was not able to use the product for a longer period of time as the employer I was with who did implement it seem to be going in the right direction and was very knowledgeable in the software and background of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping multiple devices that my previous employer has running faster, smoother and more secure. You really get a feel that you are secure and you don't need to worry about data breaches or any sort of outside hacking on your devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure it is something you want to use and invest in as it can take time to implement and a fair dollar value. This is a great product that can work for smaller companies. I unfortunately only worked for the company that used it for a short while so I was not really aware of all the ins and outs of the product but I don't believe it would be good for large organizations or corporations as it is still a fairly new product.
A solid solution
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of the design, UI and the plenitude of options that it offers to users that have a normal account (without paying for premium). It is really effective in searching for threats, containing them and making you choose how to deal with them once they are safe. Also it provides a very low footprint in terms of battery and storage consumption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it sometimes detects genuine apps and programs as a threat and tries to deal with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to scan my device folders, apps and everything else for threats and to contain online websites that might be dangerous.
Reliable but sometimes complicated, for example by having to send sms code several times in a month

It is reliable and fast when you have the app installed and if you have a supported browser

It sometimes seems to "forget" that i authenticated myself and I have to send a code to my phone to verify my identify more than once a month.
And I dont think it lets me save my identity in Safari which is kinda inconvenient

No dislikes from me - I am satisfied with it for now

The most useful features for me are the firewall and the anti-malware features.
