What do you like best about the product?
The support experience is very good. We can use with many of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding some of the upgrade policies and support not available for old versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting customized reports for businees for analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation. Small footprint on the system and multi OS support. New features are being introduced in every release.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboarding is not intuitive or user friendly. Too complex to implement row level security in JRXML reports. The amount of hotfixes is insane per month. Hard to keep up with hotfixes when we have so many customizations that he Jaspersoft engineering team has to re-code and test for, which incurs delays in implementation and hotfix application management. Domain designer does not have enough features to allow for building of complex reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing inside the application has been easy and end users like the simplicity. It helps users to build reports and dive into the data fairly quickly.

Too many capabilities that is not easy for us to have our clients adopt without Jaspersoft help

What do you like best about the product?
Jasper works well and integrates with our existing applications providing the reporting solutions for our internal staff and clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The upgrades are not always easy with the busy road map we have an an organization. We also do some custom work and unless the engineers are constantly working on Jasper, updates can be a challenge at least in our organization and the other priorities we have.

Mostly reporting type of features for few of our enterprise applications.

The jaspersoft reporting is very userfrriendly and flexible

There are some room for improvement in Jasper development tool i.e jasper studio. Sometimes the changes take a lot of time to reflect. Also the errors can be more elaberative for an developer/admin to understand.

Able to generate Tabular and Graphical reports, So that customers can understand easily.

Building client facing reports for our team using Jasper Studio and AdHoc views based on domains.
What do you like best about the product?
The customization it allows for, everything can be configured as wanted at "pixel level".
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very user friendly, the user is not able to apply minor changes to a report (such as adding a column) without a solid training .

Client facing reports ( we are a media agency running linear, streaming & digital for our clients) and internal data analytics (via the ad hoc views).
