Works, but has issues

This AMI works, but has issues. SSH'ing into the instance and attempting to run `sudo service webcallserver start` after I stop the service results in a hang - since I'm deploying the instance via Terraform, I'm adding a launch configuration with user data to update the local and public IPs along with the MD5 hash of the desired admin password, making it necessary to restart the service to use the updated settings.
