What do you like best about the product?
It provides real time monitoring and observability solutions, for both applications and infrastructure. These tools offer insights, into the performance, availability and overall user experience of software applications and services.

New Relics pricing may seem expensive especially as your usage increases. This can be a worry, for businesses or startups that have budgets. It might also take some time for teams to fully grasp and utilize all the features and capabilities it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform assists in detecting issues and anomalies in applications and infrastructure before they escalate into major problems. This proactive approach allows teams to address potential issues before they impact users, resulting in better reliability and availability.

What do you like best about the product?
Best APM in the market . I have been using APM from past 7 years . From its initial days totill date. It has upgraded all its features.
The best thing which I like about it is.
1 We can track our customers (for making business decission this will help us a lot, for making any kind of decision this is gold medium to opt for)
2 For any technicial persons like tester or developer. We can take out logs , crash logs , stack traces using New relic APM . Which helps in solving the problem in the shortes time possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
The web vcersion of New relic has many filters or options top choose from. But for a new user , we must have a demo or splash or short video of the options New relic has to offer us. That will help usd inn understaing any new user better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem which New relic is solving for us is interms of tracking our customers . We got great insights of the traffic/users/customers who is looking into our web and mobile applications . We are now able to concentrate on parts of application which is being widely looked at it first

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and understand. structure is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost everything is fine but New Relic update the UI which is sometimes take time to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to set up alerts and give destination to the alerts. It is gather the data in one location which very easy to understand. Ex : Log, Error, Trace, etc.

APM & Infrastructure monitoring in one platform.

Training pllatform can be ordered in a better way. From 0 to hero is missing.

For the software development team is veryy efficient and fast to use New Relic to debug issues on. the code.

Nice documentation maintain by new relic it s is easy to understand and well supported community, Built in dashboard and custom visualization are very useful and NRQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime in custom visualization we lose the dashboard due to server issue that needs to be solved.

New relic is solving the major problem of log management, In newrelic log we are able to understand what's going on in system it's helps to monitor services as well.

Its solving the problem of the observability as teams are unable to reach out to the issues in the application if new relic is not there and have to go through many tools!
