Disappointed

Folks:
If you are offering a product, have easily accessible support if a customer needs help. Respond to email questions. There is absolutely no idea as to who we are dealing with.

We installed this product in a new EC2 instance and followed instructions to get Canvas up and running. While most of the feature was working, we were not able to edit any pages, assignments, quiz or settings.

Who do we call, or email? After navigating to their website turnkeylinux.org, we find that we have to use their forum to find possible answers. There seem to be a paid support, which we are fine to subscribe with, but it will be good to talk to someone who can ensure we will get support.

Very uncomfortable dealing with these folks. We are canceling our subscription. Seemed promising , but ended disappointing.

Hi there, Sorry to hear of your troubles, they sound like you may not have configured your domain name properly and/or configured HTTPS certificates (both required). As for support, I was under the impression that it was noted within the AWS Marketplace documentation, but on reading your note, I can't see it myself either. So deep apologies there. For the record, I answer all the support threads on our forums, so posting there would have got hold of me and/or as the documentation should note, you can access support via https://hub.turnkeylinux.org.
