Effective Multi Layered Protection, better ROI, Efficient automated reporting. Alerts and Insightful information on the alerts and action advised.

Trend Micro, Hybrid Cloud Solution is effective and efficient product. Should go for it to have Better Security and Compliance.

it covers both physical/on-premise and cloud environments from modern cyber attack Apex One cloud in all physical laptop/desktop/server and cloud of AWS and Azure

few report not matching our compliance meet

Trend Micro Apex One for physical and cloud, Endpoint encryption for the device, URL filtering for network attack, Trend Micro One Vision for EDR advanced XDR and Trend Micro Web Filtering for phishing and browser attack.

What do you like best about the product?
Over all experience with Trend Micro is phenomenal. Trend Micro Provides great features of security which prevents our infrastructure from unknown attacks and malware.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced any problems with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Mostly liked of this product is GUI Console to manage the devices and lightweight agents. Responsive time for any attack is happening it's preventing our malware. The Smart AI-based deep scan provides more details about the security aspects.

It requires simplification; a fair amount of troubleshooting is needed. Smart protection and virtual patching are available.

Trend Micro Cloud One / Deep Security as a Service is comprehensive protection
What do you like best about the product?
The product is a highly reliable and comprehensive solution. It is exceptionally well thought out, even down to Single Sign-On functionality and the control they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extremely detailed information regarding difficult events could be challenging to obtain. However, it is important to note that for all intents and purposes, general documentation, best practices, and recommendations are available from Trend Micro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage this product for Server-oriented endpoint protection and supplemental security controls. As such, we realize the benefits of a quality security product in protecting our cyber landscape.
A very detailed and easy to use security solution
What do you like best about the product?
The management console is easy to use and also very detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to onboard is a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are already on Trend Micro DDI and Tipping Point, having the whole suite of the solution makes enormous sense. An All-in-one solution made managing easier.

Very easy to install agents, and it is a quick install. Detailed information available in the consoles.
What do you dislike about the product?
More than one console depending on what information you are trying to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better virus detection, better XDR insights. Reliable alerting when detections are found. Much less admin time needed to manage the product.
Trend Micro Cloud One shows progress on integration
What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro adds more coverage into one portal, such as for Workload, Application, Network, File Storage, Container, and Open Source Security. It also covers reports for compliance. Having an integrated platform gives better viewpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
While TM made progress over the past year , there is still some work to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve security layers across multiple layers and technologies. Increase efficiency in managing the security portfolio. Increase insight into potential attacks and configure countermeasures to automate responses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trend Micro has a broad product portfolio covering all aspects. Their vision and strategy was compelling to us to make a purchase decision. We used their implementation services to speed up deployment. Based on my experience, I recommend Trend Micro as a reliable business partner/provider of security solutions.
