What do you like best about the product?
It is a lot more stable than on-premise solutions, and a lot less overhead to maintain. It is also less resource intensive, meaning that agent-based security is better tailored to its workloads, which results in increased workload stability (i.e. servers don't get CPU pegged at 100%). OS support is also much better compared with on-premise solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
The management interface is still at times clunky. For example, logs for each event type need to be reviewed with separate filters. It would be nice to be abl to see C2 callback events, IPS events, spyware events, and malware events all on a single page rather than having to filter logs 4-5 different ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for defense in depth, specifically antivirus software on servers. I am also excited about its expanded cloud capabilities, such as File Storage Security and Container Security.

Patching features are very good we can manage all endpoint from one single console on cloud

It is doing well I didn't notice that anything need to be change or improve

It's a cloud base solution and very convenient to manage also it has similar dashboard with existing trend micro solution so it is much easier to manage in operations.

The major disadvantage is sometimes the agent doesn't act as expected. It sometimes doesn't update and doesn't respond. If the team works on agent improvements it will be good.

Manage component using single endpoint, along with protecting cloud workloads and giving visibility across the cloud workload, also giving visibility on vulnerability

What do you like best about the product?
the most useful feature is Intrusion Prevention. it helps a lot of security teams to do virtual patching on the apps level and give security teams time to patch their server periodically.
What do you dislike about the product?
app control feature, it's powerful but not much company using this one, especially on the server-side.

zero-day intrusion. virtual patching provides the latest vulnerability patching before the real one is coming.

The features are quite good and all features is integrated so for me easy to handle all everything so call single pane of glass

Deep Security is an ideal solution with a very advanced technology that protects physical and virtual workstations and defends against known and unknown attacks. It protects against advanced network threats with the capability of the embedded intrusion detection and prevention features.
