1. I would say it is complexity of implementation for large environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS): It identifies and blocks malicious network traffic before it reaches your workloads which is very benificial for our Domain environment.
Malware Detection: It help us to stops malware in its tracks, protecting your systems from data breaches and ransomware attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
Trend micro is the trendsetter. They are user friendly and have very attractive pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
They security KPI and encryption is best in the market. They are doing amazing.

They are helping us keeping our data safe in the public cloud
Good product for medium sized companies
What do you like best about the product?
Simple for the end users to tackle issues. It has good connectivity to other applications. Its pretty much does very good in behaviour monitoring, firewall, URL monitoring, application control etc.Its one of the best in a one stop solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a very resource intensive program. Licensing is expensive compared to the competitors. Some ransomwares can still go undetected by Trend Micro although its very minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us in monitoring endpoint devices. Its a one stop solution and integrating seamlessly with other tools like connectwise and easy management for admins. Its also helping us in moving towards XDR which is the next step of EDR.

What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro Hybrid Cloud Security is loved beacuses of its advanced features to protect cloud environment. Some of the features are its unified security management which offers centralized platform for managing security, its Scalibility and Flexibility with support for various cloud platform and deployment models, custumer support of the product is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much things to dislike in this product few of them are its complexity in inital setup which can be done properly by trained engineers, its integration challenges with third-party tools.

Product is helping in providing Adaptive Threat protection, Data protection and Privacy which includes data protection features such as encryption, data loss prevention.
