One of the best Web Hosting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Plesk is easy to use and the UI/UX of Plesk is quite intuitive. You can navigate to the options in the control panel without having any confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lot of other features which are not available on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website applications hosting, I can easily setup and host my web app on Plesk.
Good choice for administrating Wordpress sites.
What do you like best about the product?
Plesk Obsidian has such an easy panel to update server components with latest fixes and additions for the panel itself and a big extension marketplace fullfill our needs. My favourite is WP Toolkit as it informs us for outdated Wordpress extensions and make it more secure with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obtaining free ssl (letsencrypt) is just tricky, they should implement an easy one click free ssl button to the panel instead of driving us into SSL menu, i have lost my way on it several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plesk is a perfect choice to manage web servers, has a nice GUI for creating new web hosts , mail hosts, installing new stuff and managing open source scripts like wordpress with it's pretty good extension marketplace. Makes us stay in the browser and with just few clicks we do tons of work without connecting to server on command line. We barely use command line as Plesk gives us nearly all the things we need to run a web server.

Its UI is way too simple. I can easily add domains, manage websites, and create emails.

Nothing much but if you are a beginner then there are learning curves. It is a little bit complicated but you can always refer to the guides and videos.

What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with Plesk has been positive. I like that it is a modern platform to manage your web. It is also a very easy process for setting up databases and e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it is a little expensive to upgrade to a classic antivirus. I would recommend more if the price for the subscription was a little less.

Plesk helped me run my website and email servers efficiently without hassles.
A reliable and user friendly control panel
What do you like best about the product?
Easy install, Has a great user interactive UI. Easy to host any kind of service with docker as well. Easy to host any website with ease and is very reliable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much except it can be a little overwhelming at first and it has a learning curve.

I have hosted a few of my own sites on Plesk and have also deployed my own MongoDB server on docker to use for my own application as well.
Good Product With Room For improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to some competing products, Plesk is intuitive to navigate and use. It's one of the more established server platforms which means once you've experienced it you can transfer this knowledge to many other server/service providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the whole it's a solid product, but it does have some quirks and can be a little hard to figure out how to perform certain tasks. This is especially true of the type of setting you would normally set once and leave alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a provider of web hosting and related VPS's Plesk offers a fairly intuitive interface to what would otherwise be a tedious set of system critical processes.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that I like about Plesk is that its variety of tools and features that are important and essential for a person to manage a website. From security options to backups and updates, Plesk has almost all the things that I need to keep my website running smoothly. Apart from that the customer support team at Plesk is also excellent. Whenever I have had any issues, they have been quick to respond and have always been able to help me resolve my problems.

There are no such things that I dislike about the Plesk, all my requirements are matched.
