Easy to use for ERP beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the ARM for reports and insightXL

I would like to see a more robust WMS system with license plating

Antiquated software with no reporting or costing options.
Comprehensive Yet Needs Performance Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything I need is in one place, which really helps in managing tasks more efficiently. I also appreciate that Acumatica is constantly updating and coming out with new versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where it's slow and glitchy, especially if there are multiple people on the site. Also, the unnecessary functions/filters that are not needed. On a bill, there are entries that my team does not need to enter but we cannot remove them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Acumatica streamlines the bill payment process for project managers and provides everything I need in one place.
Comprehensive ERP with Some Integration Gaps
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Acumatica is a full-featured ERP system which is why we switched from Sage and Misys, considering the cost and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to be able to merge customer accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps me with inventory and production planning.
Highly Customizable, But Improvements Needed for Speed
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Acumatica is so customizable and easy to use. We've created several user-defined fields to customize Acumatica for our sales process, which really makes it fit our unique needs. I also rated it a 10 because I think it's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how quickly you go from entering an order to invoice when we have a customer standing in front of us. They often have to wait because the sales order/invoicing isn't very quick, with too many clicks involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for sales order management, AR functionality, and reporting. It's customizable and easy to use, enhancing our sales process with UDFs, though the sales order/invoicing could be quicker for faster customer transactions.
Optimistic Transition from SAGE to Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI function and Insight Excel, and I appreciate that everything is within the ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't have anything that I dislike yet

I hope Acumatica can streamline manual work in finance, from inventory to reporting, that SAGE required.
Intuitive ERP with Robust Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica for its simplicity and intuitive design, which makes it easy for basic users to navigate and complete their tasks, speeding up processes and finding efficiencies. I find the flexible UI, dedicated workspaces, and robust user roles particularly useful, allowing me to control user access and declutter workspaces, which helps users focus on their tasks and facilitates cross-functional collaboration across departments like sales and production. I also value how Acumatica has almost eliminated our dependency on Excel, which was a big issue with our previous software. Plus, the initial setup of Acumatica was easy, with the main challenge being cleaning our data beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The WMS is very bare bones. It has some limitations like the fact you can't lookup an item's alternate locations during the middle of an order pick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica provides a better holistic view of our company, simplifies processes, streamlines tasks, and reduces Excel dependence. Its intuitive interface allows easy navigation, and its flexible UI supports cross-functional collaboration, enhancing efficiency.
Flexible but Challenging Setup with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's open APIs because they allow us to customize the system to our specific needs. I also appreciate the ability to integrate Acumatica with our outside systems, which manages different aspects of our stores effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the turnaround time for issues. It feels like our system has been bogged down with legacy Acumatica issues since we've been with them since 2017, which makes it hard to approach each upgrade cleanly. Also, the initial setup was painful, and we're still dealing with legacy rollout issues, but it has gotten better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps us manage customer orders, warehousing, stock, financials, and reporting.
Efficient and User-Friendly, with Minor Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and effortless Acumatica is to use. It's very quick and efficient, and learning to use it was smooth for me.

Sometimes allocating products to a sales order or adjusting the products in can cause some issues

Acumatica helps me determine inventory levels and calculate the correct margin for sales reps.
User-Friendly and Robust, But Needs Fewer Steps
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is user-friendly and feels like a partner in my work. I also find the reporting feature beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find maybe there are a lot of steps to do some things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves POS, financial, and payment issues, while reports enhance our operations.
Needs better Mobile App GUI experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is web-based and allows for unlimited users. It's accessible anywhere, which is great for all levels of employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the horrible mobile experience. It would be great if there was more support around financial reporting natively. I think having documented screen setups for each user would be helpful. Also, training classes available for specific functions of the software would be a big improvement. The transition from EBMS was very hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for managing purchasing and accounting. It's web-based with unlimited users, making it accessible anywhere for all levels of employees.
