Seamless Scalability, Unlimited User Access
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica's unlimited users and mobile access, which are key for remote construction jobs. It's also beneficial that Acumatica provides us with live data for our construction projects. The cloud-based nature and scalability were significant factors in our decision to switch from Sage 300 to Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting in Acumatica. We have to use Velixo for all reporting because creating and modifying reports are too cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica gives us live data for construction projects and supports unlimited users, which is key for remote jobs.
Flexible and Best Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a flexible program with built-in best practice processes. The system itself is easy to use .
What do you dislike about the product?
There are VARs that are less experienced with Acumatica and implementation and can lead new customers astray.

Financial Truth
What do you like best about the product?
I like the controls and tailoring in Acumatica that meet our business needs. We invested a lot of time and effort into roles, rights, and validations in the system to make it work well for us. There's nothing I find lacking; it's what you put into it. If we can think of a logical way, the possibilities are limitless. Additionally, we've been able to integrate it with our payroll service provider, ramp, and CRMs.

Nothing

Acumatica helps in converting cash basis businesses to accrual basis. It acts as our financial system of record.

I like user experience with Acumatica and how it helps solve CRM for Sales and offers better inventory control. It's great having all our data in one place.

I find the Warehouse Management integration a bit rough to get right with Acumatica.
