Robust Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility from anywhere in the world, Account strings allow for tracking activity on many organizational levels, so many systems all in one (Finance, payroll, inventory, etc)

Slow response from technical support / account support

A very good and thoughtful application for ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The application is perfectly designed and all functions as well as cloud settings can be easily customized and updated. We can assign the work steps faster and discuss the progress with our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking functions could be improved - especially with regard to the individual processing time per employee, there is potential for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We also use the tool for our internal accounting and control work. This solution pays off for our accounting department as processes can be automated and work steps can be completed faster. The possibility of access via the cloud interface is also very good. It increases security against attacks and in general we can save costs.
Best in the industry ERP system for our business
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there is no plugins by default, meaning that I can access the ERP admin panel without no RDP connections or similar obstacles. As an owner, I want to see the overview easily, and let my technical staff do the "magic," and I can vouch that Acumatica does that perfectly, apart of being a great ERP system, it's also a great system both for CEOs and Finance team to work on the same page without a need to use different platforms. I can easily screenshot the statistics and show it to investor. Lastly, the organization of pivot tables are time-saver for financial department.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had issues with setup and implementation, however the customer support helped us quickly. Therefore my suggestion for Acumatica team, make more inuative setup and maybe video tutorials for FAQ that we couldn't find by ourselves. The mobile app is also not the most stable, however we mainly use desktop in our organization.

I like the visual data reporting, it helps me better understand what my numbers look like.

There is a bit of a learning curve within some of the financial operations, nothing that a good ERP partner can't help with!

Having our data in one place allows us to have complete visibility of the company. We also like the fact that we can customize it to our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is highly flexible and easy to customize which helps quickly figure out what works and what doesn't. It's convenient to use on the go through its mobile application which makes it perfect for remote working. Powerful reporting is easy to manage with a simple data integration and the outputs can be conveniently exported in a tabular format for further analysis. The UI is streamlined and sleek, making it easy to navigate. The product documentation is informative and the platform boasts a powerful API that can be easily integrated with other applications in your organization's ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep in mind that customizing and extending the platform requires technical resources with programming experience. I wish there was a low-code option for customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core benefit of Acumatica is consolidating business processes such as customer management, order management, customer support, financial reporting, etc. into a single platform in order to reduce licensing costs and operational spend on training employees to master multiple platforms. In addition, your overall business becomes a lot more efficient when data and processes are in a single location.

Acumatica - Reliable and Powerful Cloud ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Several modules critical to business are integrated in the software.
Among them, It's Warehouse Management System (WMS) has been mostly popular due to its ability to automate the Shipping, Packaging and Receiving of goods in the Inventory.
Ease of use and handling complicated scenarios with the power of automation makes the software the right choice for Clients.

Sometimes it has been observed that some process/business flow are having performance impact (slow) while dealing with enormous of data. It is well suited for small business. Not recommended for large-scale business to incorporate it.

It has proved to be really beneficial in terms of business. Due to proper and structured way of handling the Purchase Orders, automating the shipping and receipt generation, Sales have increased to a greater extent.

Highly recommend to my collogues and other IT professionals catering Retail Client to use Acumatica for the business. It is bundled with critical modules required for smooth functioning of business.
