Phenomenal and absolutely the best you will ever find.
What do you like best about the product?
The features were easy to integrate with other tools and easy to use as well.
Great on marketing online and great accounting tool compared to other ERP systems. Competitive on everything.

The pricing I must say works fit for large organization or large data but for small enterprises or business it suits best. The customer service are great if you approach them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For conducting sales and following up of invoices or proposals acts as a great CPQ. much productive since it takes less time to even deploy. More fast in delivery.

Sometimes you do not know features exist that would make things easier.

Day 1 it allowed us to stop printing hundreds of invoices a day.

Acumatica is very customizable, but with that comes the opportunity for a customization to negatively impact the user experience if not done properly.

User-Friendly with Strong Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for Property Management and Construction, and I like the ease of use in setting up projects and tasks. The search functions are great for finding what I'm looking for. Additionally, it's an easy way to process bills to Job Cost, which I find very helpful.

I think in general the UI could be modernized to look less like an ERP, which is happening slowly

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has an easy-to-use user interface and solves many problems businesses face in their processes. Its inventory module provides a lot of needed detail for companies to manage the complexities of tracking products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and general inquiry screens can be difficult to use.
