Acumatica Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is intuitive for users. It is robust and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to report right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is more efficient than our old ERP. User experience and workflows are faster and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the built in functionality that other ERPs require you to use 3rd parties for. Acumatica is also very easy to learn from an end user perspective
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica overall does a good job but I would like to see the way you choose addresses in SOs updated in a newer release. Its one of the few things that SAP B1 does better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just implemented ACU internally and it is already so much easier to use than our last system. Quick Bill and Invoice processing along with very seamless payment integrations...something we had to manually develop in the last system

Its twice a year updates and listening to customer's needs

To vet every 3rd party software linking to Acumatica .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to everything. Dashboards have helped a lot in viewing all orders, whether they're open, on hold, on credit hold etc.

Future-proof platform
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is truly built based on the needs of real businesses. Distributors need to receive and ship products, so Acumatica provides all the tools - as standard functionalilty - that distributors need to support these core business processes in a way that's easy for users to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a really difficult question. Acumatica is a powerful tool, supported by a vibrant community, and offering endless resources and training opportunities... There's nothing that I dislike that Acumatica isn't already working with their partners and customers to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completely connected systems and the ability to do my work quickly. Everything in Acumatica is built to work without layers of nonsense involved. I spent minimal time troubleshooting issues, because they are easily solveable.
Simple Interface, Needs Faster Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its simple interface and the fact that uploading an Excel of expenses is fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was faster. Screens load very slow and approvals take a long time to finish. The initial setup was hard and we needed a second team to actually get it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for time entry and expense management. It saves my receipts when I have the expense.

I liked that we met our launch date and came under budget. The team was responsive and answered all questions that I had. even after we went live they were still able to help.

nothing that i can think of. everything went well.

I like proper accounting procedures. The system does not easily override anything where as before the old system did

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customer support are great, especially the community. When we encounter issues there is a whole team of people that are familiar with the system to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am new to a CRM type platform. The learning curve to get myself up to speed was difficult however the use experience once I figured out how to work the system we were off to the races!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is constantly innovating and improving with multiple releases each year based on customer feedback. These improvements have been great towards moving forward with progress
Powerful Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to completely customize the dashboards and kpis help make manufacturing processes easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes inquiries will take long to load but this can be solved with other tools.
