Ease task manipulation with Acumatica.
What do you like best about the product?
With the platform, we can manage multiple projects remotely with great ease. On the other hand, the platform is a collaborative tool that facilitates effective business interaction with colleagues.

The platform is cloud-based and only available on Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has enabled process manipulation, thus improving the taskforce in projects. The platform helps save a lot of time and perform multiple tasks.

Speed of the program, especially during month-end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple branches, locations, and rentals across multiple states consolidated into one location. Hope to use more of the live purchasing and revenue capturing features

It allows us to handle our remote projects through its rapid integrations with collaboration tools we use thus ensuring business connectivity at all times.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is only available in Windows currently hence would be a great idea to consider its execution in Mac operating system to be abit more inclusive since it is a cloud based ERP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of processes has enabled us handle larger volume of tasks with automation of repetitive tasks allowing us to dwell on much essential activities thus saving on time altogether.
Powerful, Simple, and Boundless
What do you like best about the product?
I love the comprehensive, simple interface. From one topic screen you can just click what you want to do. From the data entry screen you do almost everything on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Acumatica had more prefabricated reports. There is almost nothing you can't do with reporting, but it requires time and knowledge to create the reports

Acumatica simplified our workflow processes. We spend less time clicking through wizards and more time processing information.

Allows you to optimize remote collaborations for your business with the rapid integration of your business process thus making reporting easy.

Though have not used it for a very long time and experienced a major setback would be great if they expanded their their usage on devices apart from Windows OS so as to accommodate other consumers as Mac OS.

What do you like best about the product?
Most fields have Defaults you can select to save data entry, foreign currency for purchases, customize notifications/emails, P&L can be allocated to different brands, employees, divisions, etc., can set-up recurring AP transactions and JE's, can export most info to Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Besides our consultants, help section and ACU community, it would be nice to have access to specific training; setting up Roles is very cumbersome and difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is helping us have visibilty into sales that are short shipped showing our Purchasing department needed demand. One of the BEST efficiencies provided was the use of ACH NACHA AP payments and the creation of an ACH NACHA file to simply export from ACU and import to a bank - saves a ton of time in AP!
Very happy with the system and its potential so far....

Integrations and intuitive nature make it easy for onboarding and training of new staff

Sometimes getting support can be hit or miss. Integration company is key to success

We are more productive with easy entry and automated journal entries between different companies and divisions within the organization.
