Love Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
Love automation, integration, and import capabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of flexibility, there can be a lot of steps to complete a process.

Acuamatica Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is on the web\cloud and has all the accounting functions that we need. Acuamatica is a product that will grow with us rather than be left behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security is a part of Acumatica that has been stressful. The part about it that has the lowest common denominator winning out sometimes is very confusing. The fact that I give rights to one role and it then revokes it from everyone else. Maybe, the security should just be set or given a value. Not set is like "NULL" and should not be used, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our legacy system has stopped support so that problem with the system is the problem we are solving. We will realize the benefit of seeing all our companies in one system displaying one way.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to customize and test, and covers a wide range of functionalities with proper documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am new to this and still exploring it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customizing screens, Report writing and GI. Easy access to DB via acumatica.
Just getting started...
What do you like best about the product?
Currently (as indicated in the title, we're just getting started) our excitement is around the built-in automation for purchasing (approval routings, workflow, etc.). Additionally, we're looking forward to getting the advanced expense management rolled out. Hopefully, this will help alleviate the lost receipt issues!!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside, if you can call it that, is the licensing requirement. As mentioned in regards to rolling out advanced management, we will need licensing for all users who want to be able to submit an expense report (which is pretty much everyone). But, fortunately, upgrading to unlimited users is pretty reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our approval process was very archaic and dependent on physically chasing a person down to get a signature. The amount of time lost will be overcome with automated workflow and approval routings.
Flexible Reporting for Construction Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and real-time reporting that Acumatica offers. It's great because we can create generic inquiries to solve reporting needs easily. The initial setup is fairly simple, depending on the nature of the client. These features make Acumatica quite valuable for my clients in the projects and construction industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the adoption of the roadmap should be thoroughly tested before release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for reporting and real-time visibility, which is crucial for my clients in the construction industry. The flexibility to create GIs for specific reporting needs is a significant benefit.
Fantastic All-In-One Cloud System
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to access Acumatica no matter where I am since it is all on the cloud!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes errors are very vague and you really need to know the system to understand them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access finances, inventory and customer information all in one place. No need for jumping between different services.

What I like the most about Acumatica is the ease and usability of the interface, and the many many resources available for learning. It is also flexible for various business applications and can suit many needs

For now I don't exactly see too much but I suppose the reason I have a job here is that obviously aspects can be improved. As long as I get on top of things, Acumatica should serve the users needs well

Though not a direct consumer for Acumatica, I feel that it is a very efficient and user-friendly interface, and it is my job to make sure that remains true for everyone
Acumatica very flexible - great for manufacturing!
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is great at being the hub for the transactions and integrations with data that needs to flow into the ERP and then back out. We do business with four main business channels that require lots of integrations—having the ability to get marketplace-certified apps and use our in-house WMS to interact with the API has been a very valuable requirement. We helped develop and create a new shipping integration with our ISV. The integration got certified late last year. The UI and the modern interface are a significant upgrade for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having direct access to our SQL server database in the cloud is inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has helped modernize our ERP environment. This step will help us take our company to the next level by replacing our legacy ERP.

Work with a VAR to make onboarding and implementation smoother

At times, it feels so robust that it can take a while to learn how it works.

We solve all of our customer's needs in a detailed and timely fashion.

Acumatica is a fully customizable, flexible, and robust solution that empowers businesses with efficient and effective software.

The solution is very large and needs some cleaning up to remove the features that are not relevant.
