ERP that boosts productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a good level of security with role-based access control. Reduce the time you spend on accounting processes. It allows generating a standard report, which can exported to Excel without complications. It is very effective in handling accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. Generates dashboards of valuable information in the execution of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the user is a beginner, some of the modules can be overwhelming and

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has practical, versatile and adaptable tools to the needs of the company. It has outstanding features that allow you to develop an optimal billing process, save time in preparing payroll, control costs and carry out effective financial planning. It offers a flexible enterprise resource planning to the needs of our organization. Provides the ability to integrate with many applications to further expand its potential.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Acumatica is a flexible and robust ERP. It has all the necessary tools to improve performance, increase productivity and optimize workflow. I recommend its implementation

It's commitment to evolving and listening to customer and partner suggestions for improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's new. The community is growing, but there will be wrinkles to iron out. That being said, Acumatica's commitment to customer service is spot on. As issues rise to the top they are identified and addressed.

As a developer it's nice to see an ERP have a focus on development and constant improvements.

As with most platforms, the learning curve and little nuances can be difficult to learn

Acumatica has a simplified UI, and yet, it is very powerful and has ability to be ver flexible

What do you like best about the product?
The product is web-based. You can use it anywhere and it is very user-friendly. The setup of the certified payroll make the process much easier than most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one dislike I have is being fixed in the new release, so I would have to say there is nothing I really dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving inefficiencies and the ability to analyze the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go in with the understanding it is a journey. It does not happen overnight. Figure out your immediate need and build upon that base.
Everything You Need in an ERP!
What do you like best about the product?
It isn't easy to pinpoint in a review the high-level areas of Acumatica that are most favorable. Everything is modular, so you can use what you need. Everything is customizable to fit your needs as well. If something you need isn't there and can't be customized, there's a marketplace to find a certified partner to integrate a solution. Already have a solution? You can integrate those with an API connection. There's no downside.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Acumatica. It gets the job done. In doing so, it's not the most flashy ERP. Their focus is to get the data you need. And as such, they don't spend a lot of time making it look pretty. If you want pretty and don't care about functionality then you're probably not reading this review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before utilizing Acumatica, we were using QuickBooks to take care of our finances. This is great for small businesses. But we were growing so quickly that we needed a solution that would grow and scale with us. We are also an omni-channel company when it comes to our revenue streams. Managing this without an ERP solution is nearly impossible. Acumatica helps streamline this for us and gives us the visibility we needed.
We're also utilizing Sales Force and our own VMS system. Acumatica allows us to connect to everything and conduct business from a single platform. We're able to handle our finances, manage workflows, sales orders, track customers, manufacturing and much much more.

All in one, what else do you need?
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all our business/branches in one system, no more going back & forth into three or more systems, is a time and life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I stare at screens all day I would love a dark mode option like on my phone, just to help my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financials and AR all in one place to help us collect & also take care of our customers faster.

The payroll module is adequate but clunky.

We moved to the cloud and now can work remotely. I have found it to be very easy to customize and integrate with other applications.
