Lack of a true, built-in shipping module,

Much more visibility into every area of the business. Remote access is greatly improved over our previous solution. Overall improved business process and time savings because of available automations

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica helped us get rid of a ton of paper. By allowing us to drop and drag transaction documents right on the record was a huge win. We also were able to streamline AR invoicing and processed 25% more transactions with less people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reorts are not easily exported to excel. If you have a great report you need to produce at GI if you want to be able to export it to excel. GI's are great for exporting, but they are not as polished as a true report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing more with less. Automation is the key to allow our employees to jump to that next level.
From 7 systems to Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of systems and cloud-based platform were essential for an ERP to support our growing company. An added benefit was Acumatica's cost structure allows us to share data across our managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report writing can be a little challenging, but a little time with their training videos, and I've been able to set up our monthly reporting package. The search feature and tracking down the specific data in the CRM can be confusing and a little too much trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved time and money by moving to Acumatica, which was scalable for our growth. The time is maintaining a lean accounting staff while growing, and the money is saving on user licensing fees. We have been able to stay cash positive and not get into our line of credit with the visibility that Acumatica has provided.

There is not enough space in FA module for our needs.

Acumatica continues to improve and innovate and have not found anything to dislike about the product.

Customer Service. A/R . Tracking Inventory. and counting.
Excellent Development Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica provides a very complete and usable platform from which to build additional functionality to fit specific business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more flexibility in customizing the user interface, but I believe that is coming in future versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business operates in a vertical that has been able to use Acumatica as a base, but requires additional customization. We have extended the Lot Serial and Allocation capabilities to fit our needs for country of sale disease testing requirements.
Robust implementation and Expansion
What do you like best about the product?
The framework allows for robust implementation and customization of any area of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is too much customizability with not a full view of how the developer documentation is at present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are minimal problems. We use the manufacturing industry module along with B2B and B2C integrations for e-commerce, which have increased our productivity.
