What do you like best about the product?
User interface, generic inquiries, online and on the go access

Building out reports takes some insider knowledge but super helpful in the end

Not very user friendly. Super complex to look at

At the moment it allowed us to sale and manufacture our of one software

What do you like best about the product?
Modern UI with logical and easy to use screens so that companies can easily flow through their order to cash processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generic inquiries are great for data exports but could use enhancements to further analyze data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better our operations for order entry and fulfillment with proper reporting to understand the business.

I like the functions that allow for Accumatica to convert and make payables a breeze. Vs QuickBooks this is a great module

There is no easy way to refund a customer via check

There is a quickness of uploading and detailing out invoices

I enjoy the accessibility to many forms of data with ease

Navigating freight costs for purchasing landed costs as well as charging the customer freights

Being able to access information quickly and speed up our personnel productivity
It has game changing and amazing just how powerful it truly is.

The flexiablitity and ability to create custom data structures apis.

I don't have found that I dislike. It just a learning curve from what I am use to.

It has streamlined our production and ship of good and services for our clients.
This is our second year attending and have enjoyed it so far both years. Very informational.

The most helpful is that Acumatica is cloud based. The upside is how easy the system is to use.

It is hard to get support at times from our partner.

They are helping us solve errors on our part but also ways to make things more efficient and easier.

Acumatica is cloud base and it's very convenient

It can be slow at times doing reports and data base query

Downside is it is not always easy to use with the construction industry

Right now they are working on solving many payroll problems that we are having and learning more as they build it
