Flexible and Informative, but Needs More Training Resources
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility Acumatica offers, which allows us to create what we need. The report creation and filters are great for monitoring all aspects of our business. The ability to get up-to-the-minute info and an overview for our entire company really helps keep everything in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more suggestions and training for modules we aren't currently using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for procurement and order tracking, providing up-to-the-minute info and overview for our entire company. The flexibility in report creation and filters helps us monitor all aspects of our business.
Clear User Experience and Comprehensive Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its clear user experience and reporting capabilities. It gives me a clear view of stock items, sale pricing, and sales orders, which helps in managing inventory and pulling report data on sales. This improves customer experience and warehouse management. We switched to Acumatica because it offers more comprehensive reporting, better product management, and clarity between multiple stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Acumatica handles kits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for product management, pricing structures, and sales data. It gives me a clear view of stock items, sale pricing, and sales orders to manage inventory. It also helps pull report data on sales for better customer experience and warehouse management.
Highly Customizable with Expansive User Roles
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of Acumatica and I love the expansive user roles. We can essentially create whatever reports, screens, and views we want, and then set permissions on all those items to customize what users see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ability to customize without heavy code, but I am glad to hear that is going to be addressed in a future update! It was a little complicated due to the sheer amount of data we wanted to import and the customizations we wanted.

Acumatica provides true financials and accurate data, allows us to create custom reports, screens, and views, and set user permissions effectively.
Customizable but Needs Improved Usability for Manufacturing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customize Acumatica and find any data I want through generic inquiries. I also appreciate being able to find key quality points like attributes, which means I can centralize all of my data in one place without needing outside processing.

It could be more user-friendly on the manufacturing side. The people on the shop floor find it difficult to complete production orders frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
As a treasury accountant, I find Acumatica to be a valuable tool to track cash and maintain accurate reporting. I appreciate how it allows me to access data easily and record transactions quickly. I like its ease of use and how easy it is to navigate.

Robust Reporting but Production Tracking Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the reports and generic inquiries available in Acumatica. It helps us get access to data in just a few clicks, telling us if we have the materials needed to make parts and what needs to be ordered or made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the production order module challenging because we have to make a lot of transactions and create many production orders, which can easily get missed. Keeping track of them has been a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica captures bills of materials, aids in ordering parts, assists the production manager, and provides quick data access. Unlike Microsoft Access, it offers reports and resolves financial reconciliation issues efficiently.
Easily Customizable to Fit Our Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easily customizable to specific business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issues with Acumatica is that the documentation is lacking in depth. There are very basic documentation for processes but nothing about the deeper operations that are going on in the background. The lack of depth in acumatica’s documentation requires developers to look deeply into base code and internalize these processes instead of abstracting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a developer for this product but for the company that I work for it solves their manufacturing needs.
Easily Accessible Data, Needs Better Training
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find data and go through an entire transaction with Acumatica. The data is easily accessible, which is really helpful for finance tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Acumatica had better trainings for implementing automation and customizations. Walkthroughs in an actual real live database would really help.

I like Acumatica's GI capabilities because they make it easy to access data.

I feel that the financials suck.

I find Acumatica solves inventory and sales information issues, and its GI capabilities make accessing data easy.
