Flexible ERP for Small Manufacturers
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use, which is important for our manufacturing operations. I also appreciate the ability to tailor the solution to our needs using low code or no code methods, which is particularly useful for a small to medium business like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that COGS is currently rolled into one line. We need the ability to see multiple lines. Not being able to see the details of what's going into COGS makes it hard to analyze specific material cost increases when they happen. Also, the initial setup of Acumatica was just okay, about a 6/10, mainly because we faced large data conversion obstacles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track financials, operations management, and supply chain.
Seamless Reporting with Reliable Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of reporting with Acumatica, which is really useful for accounting tasks I handle at a credit union. Integrations are another feature I appreciate, as they enhance the software's capability. I also enjoy the Excel add-on because it allows for more customized reporting.

Robust Out-of-the-Box Modules, but Lengthy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its out-of-the-box modules that don't require customization. The manufacturing module is particularly useful for managing orders, labor, and materials. The wealth of information it provides and the connections and vendor contacts it facilitates are also valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the time and attendance and payroll features lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Acumatica helpful for managing sales order allocations and enjoying its out-of-box modules. The manufacturing module supports order management, labor, and materials.
Ease of Use with Some Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and functionality. It also provides great information output.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, it would be the production order creation timing of operations in BOMs. Also, the initial setup was not easy and required a lot of planning.

I use Acumatica for materials purchasing, sales order entry, production creation and tracking, inventory tracking, and accounting.
Easy to Use with Excellent Partner Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is easy to use, especially with the help of our partner Blytheco, who handles the heavy lifting. It also helps us keep track of our orders and the information related to those orders. Even though I wasn't present for the initial setup, I've found it pretty easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dashboards take awhile to load.

Acumatica helps us keep track of orders and related information, making inventory and order fulfillment easier.
Customizable but Slow for Data-Heavy Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how business events and import scenarios in Acumatica make life easier by eliminating manual input. They help by warning users of issues such as timecard problems and pending approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the slow loading of queries with a lot of data including timing out to be a problem. During the initial setup, we had issues with slowness and the system not doing what was promised. We also had to make a lot of customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for project management, payroll, AP, and AR. It solves reporting issues and anomalies. Business events and import scenarios eliminate manual input and warn users of issues like timecard problems and pending approvals, making life easier.
Flexible ERP with Robust Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica's flexibility in supporting all types of my business operations. It handles everything from DCAA compliance for government contracting to visibility and reporting for performance testing services. Plus, it manages accounting for our real estate business and supports foreign currency transactions, allowing me to consolidate and translate to USD. The system's ease of use for my employees is also a big plus, and having one system of truth for all my entities helps maintain consistency across all companies. The setup was straightforward, and we went live in just four months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the financial reporting to be less user-friendly, that's why we use Velixo. It would be better if it was easier to build reports.

I use Acumatica as a single source of truth across all entities, ensuring consistency. It supports different business needs, like DCAA Compliance, visibility for testing services, real estate accounting, and handling foreign currency entities.

A lot of new innovation in the erp side of things. The product has helped our company grow and contrite to grow and keep up with demand.

Sometimes bugs can cause issues or customizations can break things.

I like the flexibility Acumatica offers, which allows us to create what we need. The report creation and filters are great for monitoring all aspects of our business. The ability to get up-to-the-minute info and an overview for our entire company really helps keep everything in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more suggestions and training for modules we aren't currently using.
