What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize and integrate with external solutions

Does not have as many out of the box integrations as some erp systems

Acumatica is the easiest ERP for turning new hires into productive contributors.

More contextual help would be appreciated.

Acumatica includes many functions that both save time and improve accuracy for redundant accounting tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Best features include the ease of use and the ability to get users up to speed quickly. I also like the pricing model where we aren't penalized for users that might not use the system as frequently as our power users
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there are still some opportunities on the Manufacturing and WMS side of the house to simplify and take steps out of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to quickly manage our entire business in one system. We started with replicating our accounting practices from Quickbooks but have quickly implemented Purchasing, Inventory, Sales Order Management, CRM and other capabilities
I recommend Acumatica!
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one place. Being able to keep track of all the important information within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there are downsides, more of improvements that need to be made. Such as running work center scheduling without having to run rought cut planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of inventory is a big one, as well as keeping track of what products we have ready to ship out the door before they are actually processed.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Acumaticas SaaS solution has enabled us to have amazing uptime for our team. Also, the level of customization available can fit all kinds of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some pieces of Acumatica that I feel could be worked on more such as Human Capital Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica consolidates our various branches and their business channels, while accomodating their unique needs under one umbrella.
