User-Friendly ERP with Strong DRP but Needs Better Lot Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica user-friendly, which makes it easier to navigate. I appreciate its DRP feature, as well as the Generic Inquiry option that stands out. The initial setup of Acumatica was easy and customizable, which was convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the issues with lot tracking. It doesn't always pick up accurate lot numbers during receiving. Also, the auto lot creation when confirming shipments is problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for accurate order processing and demand planning in sales orders, purchasing, and inventory.
Intuitive, Real-Time Access to Financial Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ability to log in from anywhere, allowing me to get the information I need whenever I need it. The user interface is very easy to use, and the system is responsive, making it easy to get the information I need quickly. I also appreciate how it handles all of our finance functionality, including customer invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an easier and more robust way to add approvals to different steps of various accounting processes. This would help us with our audit requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for finance functions, handling customer invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting. It solves real-time reporting requirements and helps with day-to-day tasks to keep our business running.
User-Friendly with Attachment Workflow, Purchase Entry Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and how it allows all files to be attached to records. This makes it easy for approval reviews and audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Purchase order entry for general users is a bit complex. Sometimes users get caught in an input loop because there's an attachment requirement for each purchase line. This causes a save requirement loop that users can't get out of if they haven't saved the header portion of the PO before they move to the line item entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for basic accounting functionality. It's easy to use, and having all files attached to records streamlines approval reviews and audits.
Reliable File Storage, Needs Improved Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the file storage in Acumatica. It's convenient to have many files attached to Acumatica documents like Purchase Orders, Expense Claims, and Bills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how users can't save their work when there's an error. They have to fix the error first, and the error messages are often vague. If they can't fix the error, then they lose all their work. Also, it's not very user-friendly or intuitive for end users unfamiliar with Acumatica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for approving and documenting internal purchases and expense claims. It solves the problem of properly storing backup documentation. I like that I can conveniently attach many files to documents like Purchase Orders and Expense Claims.
Intuitive Interface, Modernizes Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica incredibly valuable for modernizing our processes, especially in the manufacturing space where we use it for MRP and finance. The ease of use stands out to me, along with the AI capabilities. The user interface is really intuitive, and response times are quick, which makes it very easy to find information and saves me time since I don't have to search around for where to click. This efficiency is a massive upgrade from our old legacy system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to drill down on a bill of materials and modify if I can use a different part to complete the order. Specifically drilling down to see which part may be blocking me from completing the order.

Acumatica modernizes our processes, adds efficiencies, and its intuitive interface saves me time by making it easy to find information.
Customizable Solution with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's customizability and integration options. I can add specific fields for my industry, which is really useful. Also, I like being able to jump on to specific existing solutions for new ventures using ISV.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always have to have a lot of tabs open. Easier user manipulation of navigation or side panels would be great

Acumatica helps with inventory management of customer-owned goods and allows faster accounting close.
Revolutionized Our Financial Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica for its native ability to create financial reports, which eliminates the need for a separate reporting system and ensures accurate reporting. I find the feature that allows attaching details on a transactional level particularly beneficial during audit season, as it saves me the trouble of chasing multiple people for backup since everything I need is right on the transaction. It significantly cuts down on time, making audit request turnarounds and general research much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's already available then I am unaware but rather than doing a debit/credit view on account detail it would be nice to have it show as a positive or negative value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps me create financial reports natively and attach details on a transactional level, saving me time during audits and making reporting accurate without needing separate systems.
Cloud Flexibility, WMS Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica is a cloud solution and can be accessed anywhere. I can log in on my phone or laptop anywhere, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
WMS needs major improvements. It doesn't even have basic modern WMS functionality like intelligent put away or being able to change a bin on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Acumatica helps with manufacturing and distribution. I like its cloud accessibility, letting me log in anywhere on my phone or laptop.
Comprehensive Tool for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for managing construction projects, and I really like having all project financials in one place without the need for integrations. It allows me to see how the project is doing anytime and anywhere I am. Having live data at my fingertips is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are on an older release, it would be beneficial to have access to document management which is very important to us.
