Scalable Solution with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scalability of Acumatica. The core doesn't break as you scale. Community is fantastic.

User-Friendly ERP with Reliable Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for reporting, including GI, Reports, and Dashboards, and it serves as our ERP, keeping the company's departments working together. I like that it has a user-friendly interface and a well-structured database, which makes it easy to relate tables and straightforward to enter data. We also have third-party integrations, which work well with Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow. Loading data or when importing data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for reporting, and it keeps our company's departments working together. It's user-friendly and has a well-structured database, which makes it easy to relate tables and straightforward to enter data.
Robust Cloud ERP with a Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica as our final platform because it's cloud-based, which allows us to bring together locations from across Canada in real time. I like its flexibility and scalability, as it allows for complete integration for all our locations and future locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user of Acumatica, I don't have any issues yet. However, the initial setup took considerable time and effort. It was both behind schedule and over budget in terms of time and money.

Acumatica being cloud-based allows me to connect our locations across Canada in real time, offering flexibility and scalability for complete integration with current and future locations.
Centralized Data, Challenging Implementation

I like having all information on one platform with Acumatica, which makes it easier to find information.

It's not easy to implement and takes a long time to optimize the system, especially when you don't have ample time available.

Simplified Our Invoicing, Happy with Transition
What do you like best about the product?
I just started using Acumatica, but I'm already noticing the ease in handling invoices and entering data. We used to handwrite invoices, so this is a big improvement for us.

I use Acumatica for invoicing and sales orders, which modernizes our accounting, making it easier than handwriting invoices.
Acumatica: Smooth Integration with Powerful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica easy to use and very powerful once you get a handle on it. It's a cloud-based ERP that has made it easier to work remotely and allows us to make customizations much more easily. One of the things I really appreciate is its ability to integrate well into other applications we use, like Shopify for our POS and other APIs. These integrations flow seamlessly into Acumatica, adding a lot of power to our small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we aren't able to sync Shopify banking statements into the banking and transaction features. It's making reconciliation very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica being cloud-based lets us work remotely and easily customize. It integrates smoothly with applications like Shopify, adding power to our small business.
Highly Customizable but Needs Mobile App Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily customizable Acumatica is. Users ask me to customize screens and I am able to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is awful. With our production floor having over 700 people, its poor support has made it necessary to integrate with a third party to get clock entry into production orders working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica's customizability allows me to tailor screens for users easily, enhancing its value. Without it, I wouldn't have my job.
Customizable and Intuitive for Manufacturing Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize screens and visibility in Acumatica. It really helps with inventory tracking and user-friendly data entry. Users are more easily able to adopt the system alongside tracking manufacturing inventory and processes. The customization simplifies things for end users in data entry and helps leads in reading current data, making the workflow much simpler in answering questions concerning quantitative data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigating certain screens when building generic inquiries (GIs) challenging. It's difficult to explain what users are able to access to new admins; there's more needed than just clicking around—there should be an explanation of what these clicks do. The initial setup was laborious for user adoption and entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for inventory tracking and appreciate its user-friendly entry. The customization of screens simplifies work for end users, improving visibility and efficiency in our processes.
User-Friendly ERP with Strong DRP but Needs Better Lot Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica user-friendly, which makes it easier to navigate. I appreciate its DRP feature, as well as the Generic Inquiry option that stands out. The initial setup of Acumatica was easy and customizable, which was convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the issues with lot tracking. It doesn't always pick up accurate lot numbers during receiving. Also, the auto lot creation when confirming shipments is problematic.

I use Acumatica for accurate order processing and demand planning in sales orders, purchasing, and inventory.
Intuitive, Real-Time Access to Financial Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ability to log in from anywhere, allowing me to get the information I need whenever I need it. The user interface is very easy to use, and the system is responsive, making it easy to get the information I need quickly. I also appreciate how it handles all of our finance functionality, including customer invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an easier and more robust way to add approvals to different steps of various accounting processes. This would help us with our audit requirements.

I use Acumatica for finance functions, handling customer invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting. It solves real-time reporting requirements and helps with day-to-day tasks to keep our business running.
