My first Acumatic Summit
What do you like best about the product?
Community; Cloud based integration; partner integrators; all encompassing ERP
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point (pre-go live). Look forward to live

Bringing in a full scale ERP to replace fragmented systems

Easy to setup, and Very customizable,
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create new customizations to make it fit your company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part of Acumatica is learning the Report Designer. It is a bit clunky and doing grouping and summing is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica replace our old Sage CRE that is, well, old, slow, and closed. Acumatica is open, gives you access to data in many ways that our old ERP could not dream of doing. This provides functionality that we did not have before

Acumatica brought us into the modern age and has allowed us to experience efficiencies we never thought would be possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the options being endless are overwhelming.

Being able to use data analytics to solve problems.

Acumatica is very easy to get data out of for reporting needs

There is nothing o dislike about Acumatica!

ease of use and reliabiltiy. I can't remember when it's been down

implementation does take a bit long but once it's done then it's greqt

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for end users, simplicity of customization process for minor to moderate complexity level functionality with little to no code, and ability to develop more complex coded customizations when required

Our experience has been very positive thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously using a homegrown ERP system with functionality primarily focused on asset management and not manufacturing. The manufacturing module was very lightweight, with limited features. We had no part-numbered inventory and no mechanism to capture direct labor, and therefore no true visibiilty of inventory on-hand, actual WIP balances, or the true cost of manufacturing in general

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is an ERP system that can do it all AND it is scaleable
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to pull the data out of the system that you really want and you must be aware how to develop your own inquiry reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is allowing us to provide the appropriate level of financial security and internal controls for our organization which also makes our auditors happy

I like the ease of use and user friendly

I don't have any issues. Needs to be more edit friendly

Project budgets are more visable and easy to understand.

Can be a bit overwhelming. Still lots of features we dont use, but overall awesome tool

Order and work flow managment, financial reporting, inventory mgmt, pretty much everything about our business!
Acumatica has a really easy help section
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are easy to use and easy to find

I'm having a hard time finding a good cycle counting tool that won't lock down the ststem
