Enlightening and Interesting
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really smart system that allows so many of the processes to be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any dislikes as yet. Have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration mostly. It has cut out a lot of my company's manual processes.

After using Sage it has made life so much easier, and organised.

Not knowing more about its capabilities.

Having a one stop for project information.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica can be highly configured and customized, with low/no code solutions that are easy to integrate to our existing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are all-or-nothing where I would like them only to be active for certain companies, branches, order types, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is a replacement for our current ERP. It replaces all existing functionality and adds many new features and future possibilities
Flexible, and powerful.... so much so you can get yourself in trouble

Ability to build automated workflows. Modern stack.

permission management is complicated and not the most transparent. Performance issues aren't too transparent either.

Keeps accounting organized and SO and Shipment management clear

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is customizable to meet our business needs. We have specialized needs for our RFID tracking that has been completely integrated into our acumatica instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything with Acumatica that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica runs our business and allows all of our data to be stored centrally for end to end visibility. We have customized acumatica to ensure it is our central data repository and one application to use for everything.

Ease of use and Construction and manufacturing based product.

Time entry is too combersome for our company.

We currently do not have an ERP program. We have outgrown using spreadsheets to manage our business.

I love the ease of use and logical layout that is consistent throughout the application

Time entry isn't as simple as I would like it to be for floor employees.

Improved inventory management and control.

The usability of the system has cleared the path to taking advantage of more aspects of the ERP.

There are a few areas (i.e. time entry) that can be a little bulky for large sets of employee.

Visibility to vast and differing data for quick business decisions.

Simplified user experience, no code custiomizations and a full featured cloud platform

We are still in teh first phase of implemtnation so we will discover more as we go along
