Comprehensive Tool for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for managing construction projects, and I really like having all project financials in one place without the need for integrations. It allows me to see how the project is doing anytime and anywhere I am. Having live data at my fingertips is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are on an older release, it would be beneficial to have access to document management which is very important to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for managing construction projects, getting live data at my fingertips, and accessing all project financials in one place without integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use, which makes managing various tasks straightforward. The support provided is great, and I appreciate being able to make my own inquiries. The help features and open university are very beneficial.

There isn't anything I dislike about Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica for its adaptability, which works well for my purchasing needs. It's also advantageous to have a single system to store purchase order data and invoices, making everything more organized. I found the initial setup better than most other systems, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to be aware of all the features because they are hidden to non-customizer roles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Acumatica for project management and reporting. It has made a big difference compared to when we were using Excel because now all project managers can view live data without having to share Excel files. Acumatica is the perfect product for us with its low code programming options, like GI creations and dashboards. The initial setup was very easy as well, and we were live within just 4 months.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica for its reporting capabilities and eliminating redundancy, which has increased my efficiency and provided better financial data. Using Velixo with Acumatica allows me to deliver accurate commentary as all our financials are integrated, helping me extract numbers seamlessly from Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the amount of customization needed out of the box for AP, projects, and AR. It would be better with increased AI and no code/low code solutions.

Acumatica eliminates manual reporting, reduces redundancy, and increases efficiency. It enhances financial data accuracy, allowing me to provide accurate commentary with Velixo.
Streamlines Accounting with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is easy to use, with lots of links to combine different parts of the process. It's really easy to follow the trail of a transaction with links from a bill back to the receipt and back to the PO from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more keyboard shortcuts.

Acumatica simplifies our accounting by having all of our information in one place, eliminating the need to import expenses or bills from an outside source. It acts as a source of truth, is easy to use, and makes tracking transactions straightforward with lots of links connecting different parts of the process.
Adaptable and Efficient with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it makes gathering data and reporting timely to stakeholders easier, more efficient, and accurate. I appreciate its adaptability, functionality, and universal ease of use. I use and value features like Velixo, Incoming AP Documents, Generic Queries, and Search Functions throughout the entire Acumatica Biome. The initial setup was much easier than GP or QuickBooks, thanks to the expertise of our formerly Klear Systems team, now part of Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
Import scenarios and report writing. They are not simple or easy to use, but Velixo is rolling out options to make this no longer an issue with their generic Write back and Template creation.

Acumatica makes gathering data and reporting timely to stakeholders easier, more efficient, and accurate.
Easy Customization and Simple, Targeted Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easily customized and reports are easy to generate on specific data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of our massive stock item library of 200,000+ SKUs it can be tedious to locate inventory or add to orders

Acumatica allows us to view our e-commerce and direct orders in one place from order to cash.

I like Acumatica's customization capabilities and the partnerships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it easy to lose visibility on data, which can be frustrating. Also, the initial setup wasn't done correctly, causing many issues.

I use Acumatica as an ERP system for construction, finance, and sales, enjoying its customization and partnerships, though it can be easy to lose visibility on data.
