Powerful tool as long as its used properly
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a powerful tool for manufacturing and sales
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't back out of anything. Once something says it's complete it's impossible to step it back or fix errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica allows us to see exactly how much inventory we have and need to meet all of our project requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Acumatica is that it is cloud based.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Acumatica's implementation process did not bring in all our information correcly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is solving our problem of being in an Accounting software that is cloud based rather than server based.
Amzaing product for automation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to approve POs and send out requests for bids on items
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major dislike. I wish we would have purchsed more modules for better integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the purchasing process automated. Previously this process was by paper approval and we have streamlined the processes for automation.
Acumatica is easy to use!

It is responsive and simple. Many users can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The team is responsive and eager to help!

It helps with banking using Plaid. Love it!

What do you like best about the product?
The query functions are very customizable and easy to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locked inventory during physical counting. While it makes sense, it doesn't work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing an old ERP system that was not able to connect to all the other moving parts in the company.
Excellent MRP system that provides the user friendly experience we were looking for.

Integration with DSD was very succesful. The intuitive of maintaining data and the ease of using import scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Supply chain could use quite a bit focus. Looking at KPI's that you would typically track Acumatica is lacking out of the box features. I came to the company after decision was made. With that said, I would have had some very hard questions about supply chain functionality.

Helps with overall platform to run business. Further integration and modifications are needed to fully guide business by using KPI's

Without a strong VAR, the multiple ways to solve a problem have left me without a great deal of confidence that we are optimized in our implementation.

Acumatica is replacing front-office and back-office features of managing over-the -road trucking operations and rail transloading operations, as well as bulk commodity product inventory.

The internal pivot tables and ability to do quick filters on existing queries is quite powerful.

The payroll module still needs a lot of work.

Project accounting that allows individuals across the organization to see the same information speeding decision making.
