Easy to Use but Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use, which makes operating and financial data tracking straightforward for me. The GIS functionality is particularly helpful as it makes it easy to gather data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tracking inventory without using lot tracking challenging. Additionally, the initial setup of Acumatica was difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica's amazing customer services. I also use the banking feature and find it easy to use. The initial setup was great, making the whole process smooth.

The reports are not easy to create.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica is easily customizable. It's efficient for matching bank transactions, handling month-end close processes, and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the update threw off lots of processes that were working well due to security updates, and there was not great communication around these headaches.

Acumatica solves slow manual processes and provides accurate data breakdowns while offering efficiencies like matching bank transactions and month-end close processes.
Live Reporting and Easy Setup Make Acumatica Shine
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Acumatica for its live reporting, which is super helpful. I also like that transactions are quick and the software is easy to use. The layout is super easy to learn as I go, making the whole experience quite smooth. The initial setup was easy too, which was great.

Solid ERP for Inventory with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for ERP and inventory management. What I really find helpful is how it gives us a heads up when inventory levels run low and assists with reordering. Additionally, creating subcontracts for sub trades is beneficial as it helps manage payment and labor costs for subcontractors. I also appreciate that Acumatica is compatible with our CRM, and transferring information between them works great, which makes my workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is a bit slow and clunky and takes longer than expected to update and save. Some of the saving features cause errors where it can't handle the changes made. The initial setup wasn't that easy.

I use Acumatica for ERP and inventory management. It alerts us when inventory is low and assists with reordering. I also manage subcontractor payments and labor costs efficiently.
Consolidative, Modern, and Versatile ERP Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the modern aspect of Acumatica and the endless reporting options it offers. It's great that anything in a data field is reportable, which is super helpful for our varying needs. I also appreciate that with each update, the system is incorporating more AI to keep pace with the needs of my industry.

The WMS is lightweight and doesn't have some standard options that other platforms offer out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica consolidates my business into one platform and offers endless reporting options. Acumatica training helps my company have more SMEs as well.
Streamlined Sales Order Entry, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica makes entering sales orders faster and is easy to use. The initial setup was fairly easy.

I don't have any dislikes at this time.

Streamlined Accounting with Effective Controls
What do you like best about the product?
I love the controls and permissions in Acumatica. They help keep the books clean and accurate by not allowing people to post to the wrong thing, and they allow our finance team to review journal entries before they're posted to the general ledger. I like that these features ensure the data stays true to what's actually occurring by preventing incorrect postings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't match multiple items from the Bank side and match to just one thing on the GL side during Bank Reconciliations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for billing, revenue recording, and month-end close tasks like bank reconciliations. It speeds up processes and eliminates the need to build everything in Excel. The controls and permissions ensure data accuracy by preventing incorrect postings.
