Streamlined Sales Order Entry, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica makes entering sales orders faster and is easy to use. The initial setup was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes at this time.

I find Acumatica makes order entry faster, and it's really easy to use.
Streamlined Accounting with Effective Controls
What do you like best about the product?
I love the controls and permissions in Acumatica. They help keep the books clean and accurate by not allowing people to post to the wrong thing, and they allow our finance team to review journal entries before they're posted to the general ledger. I like that these features ensure the data stays true to what's actually occurring by preventing incorrect postings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't match multiple items from the Bank side and match to just one thing on the GL side during Bank Reconciliations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for billing, revenue recording, and month-end close tasks like bank reconciliations. It speeds up processes and eliminates the need to build everything in Excel. The controls and permissions ensure data accuracy by preventing incorrect postings.
Customizable ERP with Reliable Data, but Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it provides real-time reliable data and it's customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not happy with the estimating feature. Also, the initial setup wasn't very easy for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for real-time, reliable data as our ERP software, and I like that it's customizable.
Highly Customizable with Diverse Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide variety of ISVs that integrate with Acumatica, allowing us to customize what we need effectively. I also find the ability to have data all in one place, which we can retrieve and export as needed, incredibly useful. I particularly value the Generic Inquiries and the OData connector, which are key features for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to reference a formula field within the same GI. It makes it necessary to have complex GIs that reference other GIs, sometimes involving multiples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica keeps data in one place for easy access and export. I like the wide range of ISVs for integration and customization.
Revolutionized Our Manufacturing Process but Needs Smoother Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Acumatica allows us to accurately group our projects and maintain revision control. The interface is accessible to everyone and serves as a good baseline. I like how it integrates with typical entry data like Excel, making data entry easy. The third-party additions simplify integrations further. CADLink is my favorite addition, as it significantly speeds up my work, and the Engineering Workbench is a useful tool for its search, visualization, and modification capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the pipeline from BOMs that are frequently modified or updated and shifting these changes to Manufacturing Orders/Production Orders in progress is a huge time-sink for me. I wish Production Orders had a similar functionality to Engineering Workbench, or were easier to update. Right now if I need to shift a material from one work center to another, I have to delete it out of one work center, and add it to a second. In Engineering Workbench, I can drag and drop this item between work centers. Not easy at all, we had a lot of background work to do on our existing data and make sure it was in the system before we went live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica accurately groups projects, maintains revision control, and keeps an accessible interface. CADLink reduces data entry time drastically, and the Engineering Workbench helps modify Bills of Material. Integrations simplify data entry, boosting efficiency.
Effortless Project Tracking with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Acumatica is easy to use and it's easy to find the information I look for. I appreciate the out-of-the-box reporting and how easy it is to navigate. The ability to export to Excel is also a feature I value.

I like the way Acumatica is easy to use, which makes managing projects more convenient. The project controls feature in Acumatica is something I value a lot.

I wish Acumatica had more accurate reports for taxes.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Acumatica is highly customizable and that many tasks can be implemented via low-code-no-code approaches. It's also impressive how it's used as a single source of truth for financial and inventory data and as the main driver for all business integrations. Plus, it's great to see it integrated well with the variety of other tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can quickly become complex, but there is not much built-in functionality that helps users understand how they should work with the system (SOPs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica serves as a single source of truth for financial and inventory data and is crucial for business integrations. It helps our Finance, Distribution, Purchasing, and Inventory teams while facilitating EDI integrations with external partners.
Efficient Timekeeping, Difficult Billing Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is efficient and quick, and it can handle a lot of data. Managing reporting is very easy even when we have 7 companies using the same database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing and Invoicing has been very difficult to implement.

I moved from paper to digital with Acumatica for timekeeping. It's efficient and quick, handles a lot of data, and makes reporting easy for our 7 companies using the same database.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the availability of plenty of information provided at each step of the process when using Acumatica. I find it valuable for managing inventory visibility across multiple locations, and I appreciate how it helps track order status and allocations effectively.

I'm unable to pick directly to a work order or project.
