What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how well Acumatica integrates with other software, decreasing the amount of logins needed and minimizing steps for warehouse personnel. This integration provides visibility to data for ourselves and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?

Acumatica provides visibility to data for ourselves and clients, integrates well with other software reducing login needs, and offers more robust functions than our previous system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get ramped up as a new user with Acumatica, and I appreciate the ability to expand its uses as my skills increase. As a new user, I was able to get the feel of the system quickly, and I know there is a lot of functionality to take advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the speed of some of the screens takes a long time to load and getting able to multi-task quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for AP/AR, order tracking, and fulfillment. It's easy to get started as a new user and expand functionality as my skills grow.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica very accessible from anywhere, which is great for flexibility. I appreciate the ease of use and the reporting capabilities, which are crucial for my tasks. The API interface is also a big plus for integration and customization. I value the open source nature and the customizability of the system. Additionally, the Power BI reporting from generic inquiries stands out as a helpful feature. The EWPA Quality process is something I enjoy about Acumatica too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that exporting reports in Excel is only in detail without the colors and bars for analysis.

Switching to Acumatica made reporting, order processing, and scalability more feasible. It's accessible from anywhere, easy to use, supports API interface, offers open source customizability, and allows Power BI reporting from generic inquiries.

I like Acumatica because it is easy to use and trouble-free. It's also great because users have high satisfaction.

The UI for data integrations could be improved. The way that users are provisioned security roles would benefit from having a way to detect conflicts.

Comprehensive Features, But Complex Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to do multiple financial processes in one program with Acumatica. It helps with faster invoice processing and the ability to use projects and tasks. I appreciate the more functions and greater detail it offers compared to what I used before.

I find Acumatica sometimes seems to be deliberately overcomplicated. Also, the initial setup was very painful.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has changed our business and growth. I like the Case Management system and hosting all issues in one system. Claims reporting available to all users, as well as email visibility, has allowed more users to step in for support. The ability to have accurate data and reporting to allow for strategic planning has been amazing for our business. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

Transforms Operations with Cloud Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integrations Acumatica offers; they make it our source of truth. The cloud availability is great as it allows us to work from anywhere. I also appreciate the unlimited user licenses, which is a big plus. The initial setup was easy for us with the help of our great VAR SWK.
What do you dislike about the product?
Distribution and WMS could be improved as well as the integrations to shipping carriers. I wish there were more locations for inventory items, quick put away, and the option to use all the FedEx shipment options on an individual shipment basis.
