Great for developers
What do you like best about the product?
easy customzations for developers to make and improve system
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the SASS had the same level of access as on prem. (like SQL manager from Windows)

Mostly used for Inventory Managment and BOM

Acumatica is flexible and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
strong core modules, customization flexibility, Customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very deep and can be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use CRM to document contact with customers as I am a Customer Success Manager.

Acumatica allows you to control your data and gives you the tools you need to compile, analyze, and report so your decisions can be timely and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica can seem daunting at first and so of the setup is a bit granular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a manufacturer and our inventory was a mess. Acumatica is helping us get things in order by using their robust inventory and production modules along side their MRP capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are where I start my day. What needs my attention and what I can ignore. Just look at my dashboard and drill in to what I need to work on for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica has a lot of features and functionality. It is very robust. Sometime too robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica CRM is helping us with our Marketing and opportunities. It also allows us to track cases for the help desk calls.

I dislike the reporting and permissions today

Understanding the business overall, better data, less systems and ease of use for end users.

Users are not limited by licensing. Able to incorporate many areas of the business

Issues with speed and customizability. Feels like there should be easier options to diagnose and fix issues.

Consolidating many systems. Moving accounting, manufacturing, field service, project management under one roof
Easy to integrate, difficult to configure.

That it's cloud native, and can be integrated with other platforms that have open API's

It is complicated to set up the first time.

Acumatica handles our complicated multi-state cost-based construction accounting.
