Effortless Usability with Minor Printer Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Acumatica, which makes it straightforward to navigate. Having Generic Inquiries (GIs) to easily look up information is also a helpful feature. The initial configuration wasn't too bad, especially with the assistance of SWK.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printing has been a pain point for us. The communication with printers is sometimes difficult and we have times that we reprint often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Acumatica forces users to do things a standard way, it's easy to use, and having GI's makes it easy to look up information.
Cloud ERP Essential for Manufacturing and Finance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is always available. Cloud ERP is the way to go! I also appreciate having our VAR be very instrumental in helping with any day-to-day issues or larger projects we have needed to create for future projects. Having the data and access to all of it at our fingertips has been very important to help get the key decision makers the data they need to make those decisions. I value learning more about the General Inquiries feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be improvements with having a platform for tips and tricks. A round table discussion format to learn about new upgrade tricks would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for manufacturing operations, financial analysis, and budgeting, connecting all our processes in one program. It provides live data access, aiding informed decision-making.
Web-Based, Facilitates Cross-Department Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is web-based, which makes it accessible from anywhere. I also find its copy and paste features to be a plus. Additionally, Acumatica helps improve communication between all departments and processes.

I would like an easier way to ask basic how to questions.

Streamlined Operations, Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and simplicity of use. Seeing how shipping integration works has been very useful. It's also going to help us scale our operations by importing large catalogs, managing complex customer groups and pricing, and integrating directly with our BigCommerce website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a little bit less 'boxy' in the GUI interface. I don't find the navigation totally intuitive. Improved stylization out of the box would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica as the central source for advanced reporting, pricing tools, replacing QuickBooks, integrating shipping, managing large catalogs, and scaling operations with complex customer groups and pricing.
Intuitive ERP Solution with Promising Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find the usability of Acumatica to be really intuitive, which is the most impressive compared to everything else I've seen. We vetted Acumatica among others like NetSuite and Microsoft, and we liked both our value-added reseller and the usability and intuitive nature of Acumatica to support our business. I'm interested in some of the case management solutions and the product attributions that help organize specific uses for filtering some of our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm curious to see what features the CRM portion does not include that we may need, specifically marketing features available in HubSpot. I'm concerned about our data imports causing issues and having to revamp processes and deal with change management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica addresses our general ledger, and helps with CRM, and part number, inventory, and product organization. It's intuitive and aids in organizing uses with product attributions.
Effortless Data Management with Strong Security
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica easy to manage and visualize the data that is being validated, which makes handling incident reports and correcting processes smoother. The specific security tools, especially the SSO functionality, are awesome for users who often forget their credentials, allowing them to access without having to re-enter their credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Access Rights Granting to be challenging.

User-Friendly and Customizable Platform with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica to manage projects, data collection, GL, and fixed assets. I really like how it streamlines processes and allows me to drill into the source data. It's user-friendly and customizable, making it easy to learn, navigate, and get to source data. The initial setup was good, especially with the VAR support.

There isn't anything I don't like at this point.

Great Features, Needs More Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like the security roles in Acumatica because they allow us to limit access to users and fields, preventing users from pressing buttons when they should not. The search capability is very helpful for finding different items and accounts. I also appreciate the dashboards feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the service orders in Acumatica do not allow us to change the order type once it is created. This limits our ability to track orders accurately when an initial assessment is incorrect and the order type needs to be updated. Also, the initial setup wasn't great.

I use Acumatica for dispatching service, ordering equipment, and tracking installs. Its security roles limit access, and I find the search capability helpful for finding items and accounts.
Customizable ERP That Grows with Your Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the constant care the Acumatica team has to listen to customers' needs for continued updates and innovation. I appreciate the customizability of Acumatica, as it makes me feel like I am not stuck in a box. I can respond to our specific needs by customizing Acumatica to assist us and work with our unique desires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find understanding how to personalize dashboards for individual users challenging. I would appreciate training for recommended out of the box dashboard setups for certain roles, like sales managers or financial controllers, including why they should be useful and how to enter the right data to make the most of them.

Acumatica organizes data, streamlines financial reporting and sales tracking, and manages cases. Its customizability lets me tailor it to our specific needs without feeling constrained.
Highly Customizable, Solves Key Data Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the platform. Being able to customize the platform to meet our business needs is far better than any other competitor that we've looked at.

I think the financial reporting and serialized/configured inventory management and tracing in Acumatica need help.
