Love the ability to integrate and unlimited users
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with different entities whether reporting or transactional. Also not needing to worry about how many licenses are available and how that will impact budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation time of customizations. Would like to see more product in the ecosystem to connect to Acumatica.

Acumatica helps solve our issues with one database that eveyone connects to. Helpinng with communication and workflow.

The custom inquiry and flow of estimate to project implementation and on to invoicing

Security is very confusing, A better map or description could be generated

The upgrade cycle is sometimes hard to keep up with.

The product is easy to use, transparent, with great reporting tools.

The canned reports are weak. The payroll module is very slow.

I love being able to creat different generic inquiries and dashboards that are custom to our business.

The only downside I have is not being able to send out generic inquiries on automation schedules.

Acumatica is solving our ability to look at data and make informed decisions. It is so easy to access and use for decision making.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Acumatica it is very user friendly for a levels of a company. The ability to quickly access data and export data.
What do you dislike about the product?
MRP still needs some work, it does not pick up blanket orders, so it will want you to write new PO's instead of releasing off the blanket PO

Acumatica solves the issue of be able to review data across all plants.
