What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is cloud-based, which is essential for modern business operations. The UI is another highlight for me. It's easy to use for our employees, which is crucial for efficient workflow. The advanced planning and scheduling capabilities are impressive, helping us produce to forecast on time and keep our customers happy. It's great to have a secure environment and the ability to promise capabilities, ensuring we can meet deadlines and manage our manufacturing processes effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the advanced planning and scheduling could be better. It needs to ensure that the supply chain's manufacturing requirements are calling for items to be in-house on time and needs to respect our manufacturing lead times, especially for an 8-level BOM. I feel like the MRP and CTP processes could be improved as well. Plus, the allocation process could be more intuitive and should respect the orders that have ship dates, especially when inventory is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to run our manufacturing business from lead to cash with ease, thanks to its cloud-based advanced planning and scheduling, which helps us produce on time and keep customers satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's ease of use and the fact that it's web-based. I also think it's a good system overall. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no modules for handling projects within the warehouse management system, like allocating a warehouse bin for a particular project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for managing warehouse processes and internal controls, and I find it eases warehouse management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its 'Default issue from and receipt to locations' feature. The WO completion and releasing through the material wizard is another aspect that stands out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Acumatica doesn't allow setting several default issue from bins related to the work center using the inventory. Since we operate the product across multiple buildings, it would be helpful to set a default location based on the building of consumption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps with unit tracking and inventory management, providing needed inventory traceability for our manufacturing processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica offers a lot of flexibility in how it can be used. We're not locked into using the system in one way, allowing us to gather all our data in one place. This flexibility is a big advantage for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of Acumatica is a little old school, and it could be more user-friendly.

Acumatica helps with end-to-end AP and AR, integrating with our financials and providing flexibility to get all our data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way orders are linked together in Acumatica, from sales order to purchase order, to receipt, to shipment, and finally to invoice. This feature really saves me time and helps with organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the stock item database could be more searchable, and it would be helpful to use alternate IDs to create lines in sales orders and purchase orders. Also, the initial setup was okay, but it could have been better, especially in terms of importing good data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for ordering, creating shipments, and invoicing, which saves me time and improves organization through linking orders efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's ability to provide higher visibility into project data and company financials, as it delivers insights needed to make company financial decisions. The feature that allows me to see everything in one place is particularly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the recent changes to cost projections by date challenging because, although some previous issues were fixed, they removed the descriptions. This makes it hard to do reports accurately and quickly. Also, the initial setup of Acumatica was challenging, and we're still working through some issues.

I use Acumatica for project accounting, gaining higher visibility into project data and company financials, and the ability to see everything in one place, offering insights for financial decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easy to use, which I really appreciate. It provides good visibility into the business, making it valuable for our managed services IT business. The accounts tracking and month-end processes are excellent, and I find the control of A/R A/P to be quite good. The initial setup was very easy since we had structured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be better management of consolidating for group companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica supports monthly billing for contracts, helpdesk, and finance. It's easy to use and provides good visibility into the business, aiding in accounts tracking and month-end processes. Its control of A/R and A/P is strong, though consolidation for group companies could improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica as our ERP for sales, finance, general ledgers, consolidation, and operations. It's quick and smart, and it's scaled with our growth. I'm impressed that Acumatica is intuitive and powerful, allowing adjustments for smaller companies while opening more modules as we grow. This flexibility makes accounting more efficient. We've found segment keys and subaccounts essential for smarter department reporting—it holds departments accountable. Implementing Acumatica with other best-in-breed software hasn't been difficult, which adds to its value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the approvals and audit trail for audit could be improved. Now that the auditors are now more control based auditing, they're not vouching anymore, more approvals process within Acumatica would be useful. A person at the top, Director of Finance, or Head of Finance, or Financial Controller shouldn't hold up a monthly process, but we need to prove to the auditors that the subledgers have been checked by said persons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica because it scales with our growth and is intuitive yet powerful. It simplifies reporting with segment keys and subaccounts, making department reporting smarter and quicker. It also makes month ends more efficient if we utilize all its features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica regenerates inventory for planning in under 2 minutes. It's automated and accurate, saving us significant time compared to when we relied on spreadsheets and v-lookups, which took hours to create an inventory plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
PLM, ECO's for new items and Requisitions.
