Customizable but Challenging WMS
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Acumatica's customizability, which is really important to me. I also enjoy using generic inquiries because I love data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still struggle with the WMS and inventory functions. We also had a tough implementation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves disjointed systems functioning independently of each other.
Limited Utilization, Potential Unfulfilled
What do you like best about the product?
I am currently using Acumatica for the Accounts Payable module to the full extent, from PO to receiving invoices from suppliers. Additionally, I am using the project costing feature, which is quite helpful for taking reports for each project that I utilize for invoicing customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't fully implemented the construction module yet, which needs to be done. Also, until we utilize Acumatica to its fullest extent, it's hard for me to recommend it to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for Accounts Payable from PO to supplier invoices and project costing, allowing me to generate reports for customer invoicing.
Leveraging Tools with Room for Improvement in WMS
What do you like best about the product?
I like knowing we have more tools to leverage with Acumatica. I also appreciate the attributes of stock items, which we use on our webpage. It's helpful for attributes recognition as part of a manufactured SKU.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pick/pack system lacking. I would like the automated warehouse operations to be more of a WMS rather than just an upgraded pick/pack system. Additionally, the customizations we've made to Acumatica have made upgrades and implementing other modules challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for accurate COGS, inventory management, SKU management, and leveraging stock item attributes on our webpage.
Highly Customizable ERP with Automation Perks
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Acumatica is highly customizable, which suits our specific business processes well. I also enjoy the possibility of automation via business events, as it allows us to automatically schedule tasks like data imports and report generation. The Generic Inquiries and web service endpoints are features that I find valuable and use frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more native integrations to external systems. For example, with retailers that use EDI or API, usually a custom integration is needed.

Acumatica provides a customizable platform with established business processes, and I enjoy the automation possibilities via business events, enabling scheduled record creation and report generation.
Highly Customizable with Reporting Power, Setup Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customizability of screens in Acumatica and the ability to report on almost all metrics. Each department can have their own dashboards and GI views that are relevant to them, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inventory management could be better like with NetStock. Also have had a lot of Accounting issues since launch in terms of posting financials. Initial setup was difficult.

I use Acumatica for ERP and CRM. It helps with quote followup, lead close tracking, and maintaining consistency across the sales floor. I appreciate the customizability of screens and the ability to report on almost all metrics, which allows each department to have relevant dashboards and views.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of the user experience in Acumatica, as it allows us to alter the experience to exactly what we want. The user interface for creating reports or generic inquiries is really valuable because it enables a variety of people to harness technical power that was often reserved for a select few.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of expanding field defaulting between forms could be improved. I wish there was greater customization without code for how things populate as a form is created from another. The initial setup felt laborious because there weren't clear translations into Acumatica from the old system, like with item classes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Acumatica for automation in sales, purchasing, time management, and administrative activities. It saves a lot of time for us and serves as a unified platform for all our offices to utilize. I appreciate the regular updates, integrations, and releases. I really like the customization options Acumatica offers—any view can be built for any use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI still looks dated, it can sometimes be slow or laggy when looking up information, and the support structure (requiring a VAR) is not my favorite.
