What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica's open framework creates a central hub for your organization's data needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica could do a better job creating an end user friendly way to create new and customizable user interface options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized tool for both sales and manufacturing in a B2B and DTC environment.

Acumatica is the future of ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is served in a straightforward manner, with the proper balance between ease of use and controls. It has a 21st century UI and foundation that lends itself to extensibility and logical alignment between the data and current toolsets, as well as serving as an open ended foundation for future enhancementws.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a dearth of third party resources to get better with it, and the availability of users with apriori knowledge is still low, but this is improving, over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General company management, control of inventory resources, and optimization of production vis a vis requirements.

Access to data that our company has never seen before!

I am not a IT guy but want to learn how to do conditional formatting. Need training outside my IT team

How easy it is to use. Everything is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bank feeds do not work for the corporate credit cards. Acurental is horrible and we have had nothing but issues with it.

It is putting everything in one system with easy access to data.

it is unforgiving. certain things I use on a day to day are difficult to change when it comes to billing/accounting
