User friendly interfaces and acumatica community support
What do you dislike about the product?
The original VAR we worked with did not follow through on our implementation.

Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is very user friendly and intuitive. It has been easy to manage as an administrator and easy for end-users (non-accountants) to use with minimal instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are limited for financial reporting and time consuming to edit. Fixed asset reports standard within the system are very minimal. Easier to use and more data-full standard reports should be readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More readily available data and transparency of data for non-accounting end users. We are able to close month-end more quickly and provide finanial results very timely.
Ease of use and staying up on new technology
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can get any report built out if I need it and I love how the technology cinsistently changes so you have the best tech possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversion could have more video tutorials that were more new age is teaching and have more conversion support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has great reporting capabilites which make work more efficient and accurate.

How it is cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere

Report Designer is tough and tedious to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations through schedules and business events for our clients. One time setup and it is all good to go.
Acumatica is accurate and time saving

Acumaatica was able to save us hours with our wholesale distribution clients and SPS.

Being on a cloud based system instead of a on-premise hardware.

I like how simple it is! not much digging to do data is easy to extract!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could be difficult to find the smallest things, there are times when to solve one issue you have to go through multiple steps to find a solution. Acumatica should have a free 24/7 Support line soon.

We are in the process of switching over to Acumatica. Coming from an outdated accounting software, this has been a great change. I love all the features that Acumatica has and the ease of searching and finding transactions.

The process to transition has been long and drawn out.

Being able to search and find transactions. Searching and being able to open transactions with one click.

the data gathering aspect of acumatica is awesome

ease of use with acumatica is tragic, trying to get people to learn the system with as muich that needs to happen is tough

it has solved our accountablitly issues. we can now get a better hold on our inventory and shipping methods
