Empowers Teams with Real-Time Data Access

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and intuitive navigation, making it simple to manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks. I appreciate that our directors can access and explore their data without needing help from the accounting staff. The platform provides better access to data, allowing real-time data sharing as it's loaded into the system. I find it easy to grant financial statement users access to their data, and they can easily drill down to view their information. The constant improvements are also a nice touch. I switched from Quickbooks due to Acumatica's better reporting features, and I like the ability to set up departments and sub-accounts, which helps in providing clearer insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are many things I don't know to set up that could be helpful, but finding time to drill down and set up new things is difficult. The user guides and training materials are not that helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for our accounting needs, providing better data access and real-time sharing. Our directors can see their data easily, and I appreciate the ease of use and intuitive navigation. It offers better reporting, setting up departments, and sub-accounts more clearly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is very customizable for our business. I also like that clients are able to pay straight from their invoices by clicking on a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of Acumatica was not as easy as initially thought because of our customizations.

Acumatica lets all of our information be in the same systems.

Newer ERP makes it difficult to find resources outside of the Acumatia ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica serves as our one source of truth for contact management, inventory records, sales history, and margin analysis. I appreciate the ease with which it holds all data and connections in one location instead of relying on multiple sources of software to track various sections of the business. It's great to have one software where forecasts are entered, inventory is monitored, customer accounts are tracked, sales history is available, and supplier management is connected as well. Acumatica handles better than my experience with SAP and is regularly being updated to provide new features. Plus, Acumatica set up was not a burden at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I currently have issues with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is our one source of truth for managing contacts, inventory, sales history, and margins. It centralizes data and connections, eliminating the need for multiple software tools, and supports our growth with an all-in-one solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its flexibility to handle complex and evolving business needs. The open source framing is great because it allows us to work with our third parties for seamless data integrations. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the ease of screen simplification for varied roles and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it is user friendly and easy to use, which saves my employees time. I appreciate that it is an all-in-one software for service management, CRM, warehouse management, and financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the calendar in Acumatica could be improved. It needs to provide more visibility to each appointment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Acumatica because it's easy to read and understand, which makes training individuals straightforward. I also appreciate the ability to automate tasks, with an automation scheduling system that allows us to turn automation on for different parts of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that I need Acumatica to do better is the inventory in transit feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration that Acumatica offers, as it makes the system efficient for our needs. We also enjoy the AIA billing feature, which has been quite beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Accounts Payable features don't work as well for us, and the initial setup of Acumatica was very painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Acumatica efficient for managing billing, and I appreciate the integration, particularly the AIA billing feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Acumatica is intelligent and data-driven, which helps me with customer sales, profitability, customer tracking, and product tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it lacks construction accounting functionality. Setting it up was very difficult, and we're still implementing modules, especially struggling with inventory, sales, and payroll. Inventory IDs and union payroll are particularly challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps with customer sales and profitability, offering data-driven insights for sales, profit, customer, and product tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because there's no limit. They already have automations, but I also love that you can create your own using Customization projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was really struggling with GI's on 2024r2 but I heard that in 2025r2 you can punch SQL queries there so it was what I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Acumatica to automate processes, specifically solving month-end process challenges.
