Comprehensive Features, But Slow with Large Reports

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all information in Acumatica is located in one place, which makes managing my sales team and tracking inventory easier. I also appreciate the ability to review customer accounts and provide timely information, as well as view the billing history. Customers frequently call for their statements and past invoices, and Acumatica makes it easy to retrieve this information, confirm if the customer got the order, and check if they have paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the speed of Acumatica to be an issue. Many times it is very slow when trying to pull large reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to manage my sales team, accounts receivable, and inventory. It solves customer queries for invoices and payments and provides all information in one place. I can review customer accounts, provide timely information, and view billing history easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Acumatica acts as a single source of truth for our operations, which allows us to best serve our customers. The usability is a game changer compared to other ERP systems I've used, with a much more user-friendly interface. It allows our employees to navigate and use the system without headaches or frustrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see the system speed not be bogged down as transactions flow through the system. We experience higher transactional volume at different points during the year, and depending on the volume throughput, the system can slow down to a crawl. The initial setup took a while due to the level of customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for end-to-end processing, making it a single source of truth for best serving our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I'm able to ship and receive faster with Acumatica. It also helps me keep track of lot numbers effectively. The initial setup was easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica provides fully integrated decision making across our whole business. The end-to-end integration and enabling future use of technology and AI are stand-out features for me. I also enjoy how it helps in managing projects effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica has everything in one place and the user interface is nice. The adoption rate is great for our whole organization, and the user experience helps us feel confident that others will use it. The setup process is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t know too much about the CPQ yet and I'm not too happy with the custom fields on quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for accounting and it has been very helpful in solving many problems we had before. I like that the AR process is easier and more efficient, and everything is in one spot. I particularly enjoy the CRM, which keeps innovating and has a lot of valuable features. The 'Opportunities' feature in CRM is helpful because it tracks everything from start to finish, and I can look things up if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and intuitive navigation, making it simple to manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks. I appreciate that our directors can access and explore their data without needing help from the accounting staff. The platform provides better access to data, allowing real-time data sharing as it's loaded into the system. I find it easy to grant financial statement users access to their data, and they can easily drill down to view their information. The constant improvements are also a nice touch. I switched from Quickbooks due to Acumatica's better reporting features, and I like the ability to set up departments and sub-accounts, which helps in providing clearer insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are many things I don't know to set up that could be helpful, but finding time to drill down and set up new things is difficult. The user guides and training materials are not that helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for our accounting needs, providing better data access and real-time sharing. Our directors can see their data easily, and I appreciate the ease of use and intuitive navigation. It offers better reporting, setting up departments, and sub-accounts more clearly.
